 The invention relates to the food industry, in particular to the production of compositions such as balms and cocktails based on plant materials and berries. The resulting product can be used for the preparation of various drinks, including at home, as well as in the confectionery industry.

 The composition of ingredients for the balm "Old Shuya" is known, containing a beaver stream, birch buds, urban gravel root, cloves, snake root, ginger, galangal root, cinnamon, allspice, pine buds, common heather, calendula flowers, linden flowers, mint pepper, dandelion flowers, pine needles, ordinary yarrow, chaga, vanillin, orange oil, apple alcohol juice, aronia fruit juice, prune juice, honey, sugar, color and water-alcohol liquid [RF Patent 2063433 "Ingredients composition for alzama "Old Shuia" / ZA Listova etc .; JSC "Shuyskaya vodka". The tonic aromatic additive "Baikal Star" is prepared by blending the alcoholic infusion of the plant raw materials included in the composition, the alcoholized fruit drinks of prunes, lingonberries, cranberries with the addition of other ingredients according to the recipe. An alcoholic infusion of spicy aromatic raw materials is prepared by percolation using two bays. The extract for the gulf of raw materials is prepared in a hot way, heating water to 68-70 ^o C.

 In the experimental workshop of the Information and Publishing Production Center (Irkutsk), an experimental batch of tonic aromatic additives "Baikal Star", compositions "Spicy Aroma" and "Berry Nectar" was produced. All compositions were investigated by the nuclear magnetic resonance laboratory as part of the Interuniversity regional laboratory for environmental research under the State Standard of Russia. The composition "Spicy aroma", "Berry nectar" and the aromatic additive "Baikal Star" received technical conditions and hygiene certificates.

 Example.

To obtain 1000 dal of the tonic aromatic additive "Baikal Star", an infusion of vegetable spicy and aromatic raw materials of 1000 l, 5% prune juice 600 l, cranberry juice 1000 l, cranberry juice 1000 l, natural honey 200 kg are blended. In the blend add 65.5% sugar syrup in an amount of 300 l, citric acid 0.11 kg, essences rum, honey, raspberry and water-alcohol liquids calculated on the strength of 40 ^o .

 After composing and adjusting the blend, it is stirred for 20-30 minutes, treated with cold, then sedimented, filtered and poured into containers.

 To prepare the infusion, dried and crushed raw materials are used, kg: cherry fruits 5.0, rosehips 10.0, rowan fruits 15.0, pine nuts 5.0, pine buds 0.5, lingonberry leaf 0.3, incense leaf fermented 0.8, oregano common 1.4, St. John's wort grass 5.0, yarrow grass 0.5, sweet clover grass 2.4, thyme grass 2.0, Rhodiola rosea root 0.9, clove 0.5, cinnamon 0.7.

 Sorted and crushed raw materials are placed in a container with a sealed lid, poured with extractant and left for several hours to swell. Then the raw materials in a bag of durable cotton fabric are placed in a percolator. Infusion is carried out for 7 days, after which 1 drain is performed. After receiving the infusion of the 1st discharge, the raw materials are added with extractant and continue to insist upon circulation to more fully extract the active substances from the raw materials. The infusion of the 1st and 2nd plums is combined.

The extractant for the gulf of plant materials is prepared using water at t = 68-75 ^o C.

 To obtain prune juice, washed and steamed prunes are poured with a water-alcohol solution, insisted for 5 days, then the fruit juice is drained and fed into the blend.

To prepare berry fruit drinks, the berries are kneaded and the resulting mass is heated to t = 60-75 ^o C. Then hot water is added to the berry mass and the juice is separated on the press. The resulting juice is alcoholized to a fortress of 32 ^o . The pulp is poured with an extractant obtained by the hot method, a two-stage infusion is carried out with a drain of infusions after each infusion cycle. Then the juice and infusions are mixed and introduced into the blend.

 The composition is thoroughly mixed and can withstand a certain time required for assimilation and natural clarification of the resulting product.

 The specified technology for the preparation of the composition improves the organoleptic properties of the additive, eliminates the typical odor of the extractant, and allows to obtain the final product of high quality.

 The production technology and careful selection of ingredients contribute to the preservation of the organoleptic, taste and healing properties of the product, even during long-term storage.

 The inventive composition, to create which use a relatively small set of well-complementary source ingredients, makes it possible to obtain a variety of healthy drinks, pastries, improve the quality of food.
