 Known balm containing water-alcohol infusion made from plant materials, including valerian, cloves, elecampane, sweet clover, dubbing, allspice, oregano, St. John's wort, bison, lime blossom, galangal, cinnamon, coriander, lemon balm, mint, plantain, yarrow , pine buds, as well as kvass wort concentrate, Bryanskaya mineral water, sugar syrup, color, vanilla and water-alcohol liquid (RU patent 2090600, class C 12 G 3/06, 1997).

 The disadvantage of this balm is the presence in its composition of scarce ingredients, in particular Bryansk mineral water, which limits its production.

 Closest to the proposed one is a balm containing a water-alcohol infusion of first and second plum balm prepared from cinnamon (bark), peppermint (leaves), chamomile, linden (flowers), seed coriander (fruits), caraway seeds (fruits) , ginger (root), birch (bud), valerian root, galangal (rhizome), cloves (unblown buds of flowers), horsetail, violets, hops, juniper, licorice root, celery, as well as honey, alcoholic apple juice, rowan fruit drink, chokeberry fruit juice, rose hip fruit juice, mo RS hawthorn, sugar syrup, vanillin and water-alcohol liquid to a strength of 45% (RU patent 2081159, CL 12 G 3/06, 1997).

 Despite the fact that the known balm is enriched with a complex of biologically active substances of plant materials, its drawback is the insufficient amount of natural essential oils and plant materials containing gums and resins in the composition, which reduces the stability of the balm during storage, and the lack of originality in taste and aroma.

 The objective of the invention is to increase the organoleptic properties of the balsam by imparting grapefruit-honey tone in the aroma, increasing storage stability and expanding the range of balsams.

 Blueberry juice is a pantry of biologically active substances, which contains, along with tannins, a number of flavonoids, organic acids, vitamins C, groups B and P, iron, manganese, and calendula - carotenoids, tannins, calendine. Leuzea extract enriches the balm with gums, resins, tannins, coloring matter, and vitamins.

 In combination with other aromatic raw materials (St. John's wort, linden, chamomile, coriander, caraway seeds, ginger, birch, valerian, galangal, cloves, cinnamon and others), intense mass transfer occurs between the entire gamut of essential oils and biologically active substances, which is accelerated in the presence of alcoholized juices and fruit drinks, and tannins and gums preserve and stabilize this entire complex of essential oils, preserving all the aromatics and the richness of taste and aroma during storage of the balm, while the finished product acquires in aro mate is a very pleasant grapefruit-honey tone, not characteristic of any of the components included in the collection. This is the synergy of the action of all the components that make up the balm.

 The Saratov balm is prepared as follows. Balsam infusion is prepared from 20 components of plant material. The components in a given amount are poured with a 50% strength aqueous-alcoholic liquid, infused for 10 days with stirring daily, the first infusion is drained, and the remaining ingredients are again poured with 40% aqueous-alcoholic liquid and infused for 10 days with stirring, the infusion is drained and the infusions combined .

 The resulting combined infusion is blended with apple and blueberry spirit juices, rowan and hawthorn fruit juices, sugar syrup, sofloroids levzea extract, tint, vanilla in the form of an alcohol solution (1:10), orange and lemon oils in the form of alcohol solutions (1:10), Blend strength is adjusted to 45% with an aqueous-alcoholic liquid, mixed, aged, filtered and poured.
