 A balm is known that contains a number of alcoholized juices and fruit drinks, in particular sea buckthorn, apple, aronia, cherry juice in combination with spicy aromatic raw materials, which include licorice, evasive peony root, pink rhodiola and about 30 different types of raw materials ( RF patent 2041259, class C 12 G 3/06, 1995).

 A disadvantage of the known balm is its organoleptic indices not high enough.

The technical result of the present invention is to impart a wide range of protective and adaptogenic effects on the human body and antitoxic properties, reduce the severity of a hangover syndrome, impart a subtle chocolate-apple tone to the taste and aroma, and expand the range of balms. For the first time, a balm was created in which the most diverse spicy and aromatic raw materials were used in conjunction with black tea, with tonic and vasodilating effects, kvass wort concentrate containing a complex of biologically active substances, enzymes, micro and macro elements, vitamins, sea kale, which contains the most important and necessary for the human body - iodine, milk thistle extract, which has a pronounced hepatoprotective effect in liver damage with alcohol and other toxic substances by you, that is, it prevents alcohol intoxication.

 The introduction to the balm of a large assortment of aromatic raw materials, as well as chamomile, carrots, raspberries, coltsfoot, elecampane, licorice, plantain, horseradish, pepper enriches the product along with essential oils, flavonoids, phytosterols, vitamins C, B, P , anthocyanins, and tea catechins manifest themselves at the antioxidant level, preventing the oxidation of the complex of essential oils of aromatic raw materials, while maintaining the richness of aroma and taste. And although very many ingredients (mint, galangal, coffee, ginger, raspberries, oak, birch, sweet clover, cumin, dill, etc.) are used in different combinations in a wide variety of balms, due to the presence of an active enzyme system of honey, extract of kvass wort, catechins of tea, saponins and alkaloids, the proposed combination of ingredients for balsam in the indicated proportions provides not only the complete preservation of the properties inherent in each ingredient, but also some enhancement of the non-aromatic complex of spicy-aromatic raw materials and improved assi ilyatsii all biologically active complex in a water-alcohol medium.

The technological scheme for the production of balm "Old Yard" includes the following stages of production:
- alcohol intake;
- water treatment;
- preparation of infusions of plant materials;
- preparation of sugar syrup;
- cooking color;
- preparation of the blend and its adjustment using juices and fruit drinks;
- blending filtering;
- packaging, design and storage of the finished product.

 Vanillin and essential oils are dissolved in rectified alcohol before being added to the blend.

 Honey before making the blend is dissolved in corrected water, brought to a boil and filtered, after removing the foam.

 Sugar is introduced into the blend in the form of sugar syrup with a concentration of 65 - 70%.

 Infusion of plant materials, juices, fruit drinks, rectified ethyl alcohol, vanillin, essential oils, milk thistle extract, part of the corrected water, honey, leaven wort concentrate, sugar syrup, color and the rest of the water are gradually added to the blending vat to bring the blend to the specified volume.

 Mixing of the blend is carried out periodically after making each component for 3 to 5 minutes, and after blending for 15 to 30 minutes.

 After blending, an average sample is taken for analysis. If the blend does not match the recipe according to one of the indicators, it is adjusted by introducing the required components.

 After repeated mixing, the blend is again analyzed, incubated for 2 to 3 days and sent for filtration.

 The blending is filtered on a Progress filter press.

 As filter material, filter cardboard is used in accordance with GOST 12290-80.

 Ready balm is sent to the bottling.
