Composition of components can involve color also. Proposed invention ensures to obtain balsam showing favorable effect on gastroenteric tract. Description

 The invention relates to the food industry, in particular to the production of various balms, syrups, soft drinks and other drinks.

 A known composition for an alcoholic beverage containing pine nuts in combination with eleutherococcus (leaves, stems), lemongrass (berries, seeds), as well as yellow sugar, natural honey, color and water-alcohol liquid (RF patent N 2000326, class C 12 G 3/06, 1992).

 However, when creating this famous drink, the task was to obtain a cost-effective drink, which affected a limited and uniform set of ingredients.

 A known composition for balsam containing components that have a tonic effect (stems, leaves, roots) of Eleutherococcus, (seed and berries) Schisandra, other plant ingredients, including St. John's wort, wormwood, yarrow, a hydrocarbon-containing component in the form of natural honey and yellow sugar , color and water-alcohol liquid (RF patent N 2001095, class C 12 G 3/06, 1993).

 However, this known composition consists of more than thirty plant ingredients, which complicates the procurement of a complete set of plant materials.

 A known composition of ingredients for balm containing extract from pant, oak bark, a hydrocarbon-containing nut ingredient, a mixture of plant ingredients, citric acid, caller and water-alcohol liquid (RF patent N 2018519, CL C 12 G 3/06, 1992).

 However, the high biological value of the balm obtained from this known composition is explained by a multicomponent set of expensive components, including bee pollen, propolis, ginseng, mummy, eleutherococcus, and rhodiola.

 The closest analogue to the claimed composition is a composition of ingredients for balsam containing wormwood, yarrow, sweetener and food grade organic acid (RU patent 2076616 C1, class A 23 L 2/00, 1997).

 The technical result of the claimed composition is to obtain a new tonic drink that favorably affects the gastrointestinal tract, and also allows to provide high stabilizing properties and enhance the effectiveness of the medicinal herbs used.

 This technical result is ensured by the fact that the composition of the ingredients for balsam containing wormwood, yarrow, sweetener and organic food acid additionally contains oak bark, frankincense, chilli peppers, St. John's wort, inflorescences, pine nuts, pantocrine, and in as food organic acid and sweetener, respectively, citric acid and sugar syrup in the following ratio of ingredients, kg / 1000 gave a balm: oak bark 10.0-30.0; leaf of frankincense 6.0-24.0; chilli pepper 0.2-3.2; St. John's wort grass 1.5-6.0; wormwood grass 0.1-1.6; inflorescences of lobaznik 1,6-9,2; pine nut 8.0-24.0; yarrow grass 0.1-1.6; citric acid 0.1-2.8; pantocrine 4.0-40.0; sugar syrup - the rest.

 In addition, the composition contains color.

 Pantocrine is a 50% alcoholic extract from antlers of the Altai red deer and in its biological activity is significantly superior to extracts from pant sika deer or zubra. It contains a complex of biologically active substances and vitamins with psychostimulating, adaptogenic and gonadotropic effects. It is used to treat anemia, neurosis and neurasthenia, gastric ulcer, sexual weakness, encephalopathy of various origins. The same ingredient (extract from pant sika deer or maral) is introduced into the composition in a single therapeutic dose per 0.5 l of balm, is included in the composition for balm.

 Pine nut is a traditionally popular food product of Siberians. Contains amino acids, vitamins E, G, phospholipids. Walnut extracts are used as a therapeutic and restorative remedy for asthenic conditions of various origins, exhaustion, after severe infections, and for male sexual weakness. It is part of the known compositions for the preparation of alcoholic beverages.

 Oak bark has an astringent and anti-inflammatory effect, it is used in a variety of inflammatory processes of the gastrointestinal tract and oral cavity. It is part of the composition for balsam, as well as in various phytotherapeutic compositions, for example, agents with immunomodulatory activity.

 The frangipani has nootropic properties. Decoctions and extracts from the leaves are used as a tonic tea.

 Capsicum contains vitamins C, B, P, carotene. It has analgesic, locally irritating, appetizing stimulating effect, improves digestion by inducing the synthesis of digestive enzymes. It is used to obtain a complex of biologically active substances.

 St. John's wort herb has a choleretic, diuretic, antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory effect, strengthens the walls of blood vessels. It is widely used in the preparation of medicinal preparations, compositions for balms.

 Wormwood has an antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory effect, enhances the secretion of gastric juice, bile and the pancreas.

Inflorescences of the volcano vulgaris contain vitamin C ₆ , flavonoids, essential oils, salicylates. It has a diuretic, antispasmodic, sedative and anti-inflammatory effect, a positive effect on liver function.

 Yarrow herb contains vitamin C and K, carotene, Hamaaulen, Achillein, camphor, borneol. It has an anti-inflammatory effect, reduces flatulence, increases blood coagulation. It is used in the preparation of fees.

 It has been established that it is enough to introduce a limited amount of plant ingredients into the balm containing pantocrine in order to get a drink with high tonic activity that favorably affects the gastrointestinal tract.

 Without color (burnt sugar), the balm had an unattractive presentation, and without citric acid - a deterioration in taste.

 The introduction of pine nuts not only enriched the balsam with biologically active components, but also improved the taste of the balsam, contributed to the creation of a specific aroma and taste, harmoniously combined with a slight burning sensation caused by the introduction of capsicum into the composition.

 In general, the combination of a small number of plant ingredients rich in biologically active substances in one composition led to the production of a balm from the new composition, which has not only high tonic properties and favorably affects the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, but is a harmonious drink with high organoleptic characteristics and trade dress.

 To prepare a new composition, plants are used that grow in an ecologically clean area of the Altai Mountains. The balm was called Panta and is recommended for use as a food gingerbread and tonic additive to carbonated soft drinks, coffee, tea, juices, which gives them a unique taste and aroma.

 Example 1

 Raw materials are mixed, kg: dry leaf of frankincense 15, oak bark 19, capsicum red 1,5, St. John's wort 3,9, wormwood grass 0,7, inflorescences 4,5, pine nut 15, yarrow grass 0,7; total 60.2 kg

 The mixture is poured with water in a volume of 1420 liters. Boil for 30 minutes. Then the liquid is drained, filtered and get 1200 l of infusion of ingredients. From the resulting broth by gradually adding sugar during boiling, sugar syrup with a density of 65.6% 1437 l is prepared. Pantocrine 20 l, citric acid 1.44 kg, color 400 kg, water softened with citric acid are added.

 Ready balm (sample N 1) is a dark transparent liquid without sediment and impurities, the taste is bitter-sweet, the aroma is complex without isolation of individual components.

 Example 2

 By the method of example 1, a balm was obtained from the composition according to the invention with lower (sample No. 2) and upper (sample No. 3) values of the content of each ingredient, as well as with transcendental values: lower than the lower (sample No. 4) and higher than the upper (sample No. 5) .

 Conducted a tasting assessment of the samples.

 Samples N 1-3 received the highest tasting score, sample N 4, when added to mineral water, gave it a taste of a neutral infusion of grass without manifesting the specific taste and aroma of pine nuts and with protruding hot pepper. Sample No. 5 did not improve the organoleptic characteristics of tea, coffee, soft drinks, the components did not show a harmonious combination, protruding bitterness of wormwood made drinks with the addition of balm unpleasantly bitter.

 Example 3

 In the conditions of the sanatorium for three weeks 387 (group N 1), vacationers took a drink according to the invention, 1 teaspoon 3 times a day, adding it to drinks: tea, coffee, milk, juices, mineral waters. 15 control resting volunteers (group N 2) did not take a drink. 10 vacationers took a drink only in the first 10 days of rest (group N 3) and 10 vacationers (group N 4) - only in the last 10 days of rest.

 All 387 vacationers of group N 1, all vacationers of groups N 3 and N 4 noted a noticeable improvement in their general condition within 3-5 days after the start of treatment. In group N 1 noted: general improvement in appetite, vigor, increased stamina (increase in duration, range of walks and speed of movement on walks). Vacationers noted an improvement in memory. Complaints of catarrhal diseases stopped. A similar positive trend was noted by vacationers of groups N 3 and N 4 shortly after the start of taking the balm. All vacationers taking balm noted a noticeable improvement in the gastrointestinal tract.

 Among the vacationers of the control group N 2, the positive results of the rest were noticeably less pronounced, they were recommended to take a new balm after discharge from the sanatorium.

 Example 4

 Patient I., after several years of work as an operator on a night shift, complained of drowsiness and memory impairment. After 1 month of taking a new balm, 1 tsp. 20 minutes before meals, complaints stopped, and performance was restored.

 Thus, the composition according to the invention can be used as a spice-flavor food additive for therapeutic purposes. Moreover, even the use of a 50% pantocrine solution does not negatively affect the composition, because, firstly, the relative alcohol content is negligible, and secondly, it is neutralized by the indicated percentage of ingredients.

The composition of the ingredients for the balm containing wormwood grass, yarrow herb, sweetener and edible organic acid, characterized in that it additionally contains oak bark, frankincense, chilli peppers, St. John's wort, inflorescences, pine nut, pantocrine, and in as food organic acid and sweetener, respectively, citric acid and sugar syrup in the following ratio of ingredients, kg / 1000 gave the balm:
