Description

 The invention relates to the alcoholic beverage industry and can be used for the preparation of soft drinks. A known composition of ingredients for the preparation of the drink "Sadko", including: elecampane root, licorice root, sea buckthorn juice, ethyl alcohol, aromatic emulsion, drinking water. (TI 10 RF 29-145-94).

 This composition due to a combination of components of plant origin has a tonic, anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory effect. A soft drink containing Pineapple flavoring has been developed and is being used (RF N 2034506, class A 234 2/00, 10.9.95). However, it is not characterized by a membrane-stabilizing, organoprotective effect. In addition, the presence of a mixture of biologically active compounds from the root of elecampane, licorice, sea buckthorn juice does not exclude the possibility of their interactions, which does not meet the goals of the recommending composition.

 Given the unfavorable environmental situation, which is widespread almost everywhere, it is necessary to find the possibility of protecting and preserving the health of the population through the widespread use of eco-protectors in the composition of consumed food products, soft drinks. No such drinks are currently available.

 The aim of the invention is to develop a soft drink formulation with eco-protective properties, expanding the range of soft drinks with therapeutic effect.

The goal is achieved by the fact that in the known composition for making a soft drink containing Pineapple flavoring and water, an additive from crushed seeds of milk thistle and alcohol 70 ^o are additionally introduced in the following ratio of ingredients in kg per 1 gave the finished product:
Add from crushed milk thistle seeds - 0.15 - 0.18
Fragrance "Pineapple" - 20 ml
Alcohol 70 ^o - 0.9-1.0
Water - Else

The proposed composition has an antioxidant, antimutagenic, anti-inflammatory, reparative effect, the presence of these properties determines the effectiveness when using ecotoxicants from the damaging effect. The ingredients included in the composition transfer their inherent properties into the finished product. The quantitative composition of the ingredients of the composition is reduced to such limits that allow you to save the taste and healing properties of drinks prepared on its basis.

The composition is prepared as follows: 1 - a water-alcohol extract is prepared, with a strength of 70%, suspended extract is loaded into the prepared extract in a ratio of 1: 10. It is infused by a double discharge method at a temperature of 18-30 ^o C. Stirred 2 times a day for 10 minutes . in a way that ensures the efficiency of the process (discharge and filling, hydraulic, mechanical, etc.). Insist for 4 days. After which the infusion of 1 drain through the filter trap is transferred to the collection. After selection of the liquid fraction from the extractor, the remainder of the aqueous-alcoholic solution is set in it and the infusion process is carried out for 2 days. with periodic stirring. At the end of the extraction time, the infusion 1 and 2 of the plum are combined in a collection. The volume fraction of ethyl alcohol in the extract is 65 ± 0.5 ^o .

Spend blending. Thistle alcohol extract, aromatic emulsion and water are successively introduced into the blending container. The mixture is thoroughly mixed for 15-20 minutes, filtered through a filter trap, cooled to a pH of not higher than 18 ^o C and transferred to a pressure measuring tank. The volume fraction of ethyl alcohol in the composition is 10 ± 0.5%.

 The composition can be used to produce various soft drinks.

Example 1. The recipe for the preparation of a soft drink per 100 gave (1000 dm ³ ) of the finished drink (see table. 1).

Organoleptic indicators:
appearance - an opaque liquid;
color - light to light yellow;
taste - sweet and sour, refreshing;
the aroma is complex, with a tone of pineapple and milk thistle.

Example 2. The recipe for the preparation of a soft drink based on tonic per 100 gave (1000 dm ³ ) of the finished drink (see table 2).

Organoleptic indicators:
appearance - opaque opalescent liquid;
color - from light to light yellow;
taste - bitter-sweetish, refreshing;
aroma - complex, with a tone of tonic and milk thistle.

 The selection of components is optimal, provides organoleptic properties, stability, appropriate drinks in this category.

The composition of the ingredients for making a soft drink containing Pineapple flavor and water, characterized in that it additionally contains an additive from crushed seeds of milk thistle and alcohol 70 ^o in the following ratio of ingredients, in kg per 1 gave the finished product:
