Приготавливают десертный ликер "Лада" следующим образом: готовят по известной технологии двукратным заливом водно-спиртовой жидкостью настой растительного сырья из листьев клюквы, мяты и черники, купажируют полученные настои с клюквенным морсом I и II слива и сахарным сиропом 65,8%-ным. В купаж добавляют водно-спиртовую жидкость до объема 1000 дал крепостью 25%
Готовая композиция имеет следующее соотношение ингредиентов, кг/1000 дал:
Листья брусники 1-1,5
Листья клюквы 1-1,5
Листья мяты 1-1,5
Листья черники 0,3-0,7
Сахар 3400-3500,

Клюквенный морс I и II слива 3000-3600

Пример 1. По таблице готовят водно-спиртовой раствор растительного сырья из смеси листьев брусники, клюквы, мяты, черники. Купаж получают путем смешивания полученного настоя с клюквенным морсом I и II слива, сахарным сиропом 65,8%-ным, полученным из 3454,5 кг сахара. В купаж можно ввести лимонную кислоту в количестве, обеспечивающем кислотность 0,35 г/100 см³. Водно-спиртовой жидкостью доводят крепость купажа до 25%
