Abstract

FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: composition for liquor of 35% vol. contains the following ingredients, kg/1000 dal: aralia root, 5.0-10.0; wolfberry root and rootstock, 0.5-1.5; eleutherococcus leaf, 1.0-3.0; eleutherococcus root, 30.0-50.0; ginseng root, 3.0-5.0; sugar, 50.0-100.0. Composition also contains, l: alcoholized apple juice with 55% of dry sub substances, 120.0-150.0; aqueous-alcohol liquid, the balance. EFFECT: pleasant taste.
