Claims (10)

1. Пропиточная смесь полимеров, содержащая следующие компоненты: а) по меньшей мере, один компонент эпоксидной смолы, выбранный из группы полиэпоксидов на основе бисфенола А и/или F и полученных из них смол, на основе эпоксидированных галогенированных бисфенолов, и/или эпоксидированных новолаков, и/или полиэпокси сложных эфиров на основе фталевой кислоты, гексагидрофталевой кислоты или на основе терефталевой кислоты, или эпоксидированных продуктов полиприсоединения, приготовленных из дициклопентадиена и фенола или из циклоалифатических соединений; b) в качестве реактивного разбавителя лактоны в количестве от 2 вес.% до 30 вес.% от суммы компонентов эпоксидной смолы; c) BCl3, и/или комплексы BCl3, и/или соединение, выбранное из группы
2. Пропиточная смесь полимеров по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве лактона применяется ε-капролактон.
3. Пропиточная смесь полимеров по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что имидазол cjlth;bn 2-фенилимидазол.
4. Пропиточная смесь полимеров по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что смесь содержит 0,2 – 8 вес.% BCl3, и/или комплексов BCl3, и/или соединения из группы имидазолов от суммы компонентов эпоксидной смолы.
5. Пропиточная смесь полимеров по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что смесь содержит 5 – 20 вес.% лактонов.
6. Пропиточная смесь полимеров по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что смесь содержит в качестве дополнительной добавки отвердитель, в частности, полиолы и/или амины.
7. Применение пропиточной смеси полимеров по одному из предыдущих пунктов для изоляции устройств среднего и высокого напряжения, в частности, генераторов и двигателей.
8. Применение пропиточной смеси полимеров, по меньшей мере, по одному из предыдущих пунктов для получения композитных материалов.
9. Применение пропиточной смеси полимеров для изготовления изоляции проводника, подлежащего изоляции, в способе, содержащем следующие этапы: (I) приготовление изоляционной ленты, содержащей непроводящий материал и усилительный слой, склеенные между собой с применением состава, который содержит а) по меньшей мере, один компонент эпоксидной смолы или один новолак, причём новолак имеет молекулярный вес от 250 до 1000 г/моль, иb) BCl3, и/или комплексы BCl3, и/или соединение из группы имидазолов, и c) при необходимости другие добавки; (II) обмотка электрического проводника изоляционной лентой и (III) пропитка намотанной на проводник изоляционной ленты пропиточной смесью полимеров, содержащей следующие компоненты: d) по меньшей мере, один компонент эпоксидной смолы, выбранный из группы полиэпоксидов на основе бисфенола А и/или F и изготовленных из них смол, на основе эпоксидированных галогенированных бисфенолов и/или эпоксидированных новолаков, и/или полиэпокси сложных эфиров на основе фталевой кислоты, гексагидрофталевой кислоты или на основе терефталевой кислоты, или эпоксидированных продуктов полиприсоединения, приготовленных из дициклопентадиена и фенола или из циклоалифатических соединений, e) в качестве реактивного разбавителя 2 – 30 вес.% лактонов от суммы компонентов эпоксидной смолы, и f) при необходимости, дополнительные добавки, при этом пропиточная смесь полимеров и состав изоляционной ленты и не содержат ангидридов карбоновой кислоты.
10. Применение пропиточной смеси полимеров по любому из предшествующих пунктов в способе вакуумной пропитки.
