Claims (17)
1. Сшиваемая композиция, содержащая:
(A) силан-функционализированный полиолефин;
(B) наполнитель, содержащий более 50 мас.% диоксида кремния в пересчете на общую массу наполнителя, причем диоксид кремния имеет средний размер частиц (D50) от 0,01 до 50 мкм;
(C) силиконсодержащий полимер, выбранный из группы, состоящей из реакционноспособного линейного силиконсодержащего полимера, нереакционноспособных линейных силиконсодержащих полимеров и нереакционноспособного разветвленного силиконсодержащего полимера; и
(D) от 0,00 мас.% до 20 мас.% катализатора силанольной конденсации в пересчете на общую массу сшиваемой композиции.
2. Слой оболочки для проводника с покрытием, содержащий сшиваемую композицию по п. 1.
3. Слой оболочки по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что сшитый силан-функционализированный полиолефин представляет собой силан-привитой полимер на основе этилена.
4. Слой оболочки по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что наполнитель содержит от более 90 мас.% до 100 мас.% диоксида кремния в пересчете на общую массу наполнителя.
5. Слой оболочки по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что наполнитель состоит исключительно из диоксида кремния.
6. Слой оболочки по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что силиконсодержащий полимер выбран из группы, состоящей из реакционноспособного линейного полисилоксана и нереакционноспособного линейного полисилоксана.
7. Слой оболочки по п. 2, содержащий в пересчете на общую массу слоя оболочки,
(A) от 20 мас.% до 80 мас.% сшитого силан-функционализированного полиолефина, причем сшитый силан-привитой полиолефин представляет собой сшитый силан-привитой полиэтилен;
(B) от 20 мас.% до 80 мас.% наполнителя, и
(C) от 4 мас.% до 20 мас.% силиконсодержащего полимера.
8. Слой оболочки по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что наполнитель содержит от 0 мас.% до 0,5 мас.% металлов в пересчете на общую массу наполнителя.
9. Слой оболочки по п. 2, содержащий от более чем 2 мас.% до 20 мас.% силиконсодержащего полимера в пересчете на общую массу слоя оболочки, причем слой оболочки имеет коэффициент сопротивления изоляции во влажном состоянии от 1,10 до 1,70.
10. Слой оболочки по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что слой оболочки содержит от 4 мас.% до 20 мас.% силиконсодержащего полимера в пересчете на общую массу слоя оболочки, и слой оболочки проходит испытание на горизонтальное горение.
