Claims (23)
1. Волокнистый наполнитель для звукоизоляции, при этом
волокнистый наполнитель для звукоизоляции удовлетворяет нижеприведенным формулам (i) и (ii), где волокнистый наполнитель для звукоизоляции имеет средний диаметр Da волокон и объемную плотность ρa:
(i) 450 нм≤Da≤8500 нм
(ii) 0,09 г/см3≤ρa≤0,33 г/см3 .
2. Волокнистый наполнитель для звукоизоляции по п.1, при этом волокнистый наполнитель для звукоизоляции дополнительно удовлетворяет нижеприведенной формуле (i’):
(i’) 450 нм≤Da≤1650 нм .
3. Волокнистый наполнитель для звукоизоляции по п.1, при этом волокнистый наполнитель для звукоизоляции дополнительно удовлетворяет нижеприведенной формуле (ii’):
(ii’) 0,09 г/см3≤ρa≤0,22 г/см3 .
4. Волокнистый наполнитель для звукоизоляции по п.1, при этом волокнистый наполнитель для звукоизоляции дополнительно удовлетворяет нижеприведенным формулам (i’’) и (ii’’):
(i’’) 1350 нм≤Da≤1650 нм
(ii’’) 0,18 г/см3≤ρa≤0,22 г/см3 .
5. Звукопоглощающий и звукоизолирующий материал, содержащий первый слой из волокнистого наполнителя и второй слой из волокнистого наполнителя, наложенный на первый слой из волокнистого наполнителя, при этом
первый слой из волокнистого наполнителя состоит из волокнистого наполнителя для звукоизоляции по любому из пп.1-4,
второй слой из волокнистого наполнителя состоит из волокнистого наполнителя, удовлетворяющего нижеприведенным формулам (iii) и (iv), где волокнистый наполнитель имеет средний диаметр Db волокон и объемную плотность ρb:
(iii) 4000 нм≤Db≤8500 нм
(iv) 0,04 г/см3≤ρb≤0,06 г/см3 .
6. Звукопоглощающий и звукоизолирующий материал по п.5, при этом звукопоглощающий и звукоизолирующий материал дополнительно удовлетворяет нижеприведенной формуле (v), где первый слой из волокнистого наполнителя имеет толщину ta и второй слой из волокнистого наполнителя имеет толщину tb:
(v) ta < tb .
7. Звукопоглощающий и звукоизолирующий материал по п.5, при этом звукопоглощающий и звукоизолирующий материал дополнительно удовлетворяет нижеприведенной формуле (vi):
(vi) ta/tb≤1/2 .
8. Звукопоглощающий и звукоизолирующий материал по любому из пп.5-7, в котором первый слой из волокнистого наполнителя и второй слой из волокнистого наполнителя состоят из идентичного материала.
9. Звукопоглощающий и звукоизолирующий материал для транспортного средства, используемый для транспортного средства, причем материал содержит звукопоглощающий и звукоизолирующий материал по любому из пп.5-7, при этом
первый слой из волокнистого наполнителя расположен с наружной стороны транспортного средства и второй слой из волокнистого наполнителя расположен с внутренней стороны транспортного средства.
