Claims (37)
1. Композитный продукт (1), содержащий
а. первый слой пластика (2), и
b. подложку (11, 3), и
с. расположенный между ними слой волокон (4), где
d. первый слой пластика (2) проникает в слой волокон (4), по меньшей мере, в некоторых местоположениях с обеспечением механического соединения первого слоя пластика (2) и слоя волокон (4).
2. Продукт (1) по п. 1, где подложка (11) включает второй слой пластика (3).
3. Продукт (1) по п. 1, где первый слой пластика (2) и подложка (11) взаимосоединены друг с другом через слой волокон (4).
4. Продукт (1) по одному из предшествующих пунктов, где волокна слоя волокон (4), по меньшей мере, частично связаны друг с другом посредством связующего агента.
5. Продукт (1) по одному из предшествующих пунктов, где волокна слоя волокон (4) выбраны из группы волокон, состоящей из углеродных волокон, волокон Кевлар, металлических волокон.
6. Продукт (1) по одному из предшествующих пунктов, где первый слой пластика (2) и подложка (11) взаимосоединены друг с другом несколькими мостиками (6), расположенными в отверстиях (10), идущих через слой волокон (4).
7. Продукт (1) по одному из пп. 1–6, где первый слой пластика (2) и подложка (11) связаны друг с другом посредством волокон слоя волокон (4).
8. Продукт (1) по одному из предшествующих пунктов, где первый слой пластика (12) и/или подложка (11) являются, по меньшей мере, частично оптически прозрачными, благодаря чему волокна слоя волокон (4) являются, по меньшей мере, частично видимыми снаружи.
9. Продукт (1) по п. 8, где подложка (11) включает второй слой пластика (3), который является, по меньшей мере, частично оптически прозрачным.
10. Продукт (1) по п. 9, где слой пластика, расположенный, с точки зрения наблюдателя, снаружи, является более оптически прозрачным, чем другой слой пластика, расположенный с внутренней стороны.
11. Продукт (1) по одному из предшествующих пунктов, где несколько мостиков (6) расположены смежно с узлами сетки волокон.
12. Продукт (1) по п. 11, где мостики (6) расположены по регулярной и/или нерегулярной схеме.
13. Продукт (1) по одному из пп. 11 и 12, где мостики (6) получены в результате термопластической деформации материала первого слоя пластика и/или второго слоя пластика.
14. Продукт (1) по одному из предшествующих пунктов, где первый слой пластика (2) и/или подложка (11) изготовлены формованием литьем под давлением и/или глубокой вытяжкой и/или формованием с раздувом.
15. Продукт (1) по одному из предшествующих пунктов, где, по меньшей мере, один клеевой слой (12) расположен между первым слоем пластика (2) и слоем волокон (4) и/или между подложкой (11) и слоем волокон (4).
16. Продукт (1) по одному из предшествующих пунктов, где первый слой пластика (2) включает выступы, проникающие в слой волокон (4).
17. Способ получения композитного продукта (1), включающий в себя следующие стадии способа:
а. обеспечение первого слоя пластика (2);
b. обеспечение слоя волокон (4);
с. обеспечение первой части пресс–формы (13);
d. обеспечение второй части пресс–формы (14);
е. расположение слоя волокон (4) между первым слоем пластика (2) и второй частью пресс–формы (14);
f. размещение первого слоя пластика (2) между первой частью пресс–формы (13) и второй частью пресс–формы (14);
g. сведения вместе первой и второй частей пресс–формы (13, 14);
h. подведение энергии с обеспечением проникновения части первого слоя пластика (2) в слой волокон (4).
18. Способ по п. 17, дополнительно включающий в себя следующие стадии способа:
а. обеспечение подложки (11, 3), включающей второй слой пластика (3);
b. расположение слоя волокна (4) между первым и вторым слоем пластика (2, 3);
с. соединение между собой первого и второго слоя пластика (2, 3) через слой волокон (4).
19. Способ по п. 18, где первый и второй слой пластика (2, 3) соединяют друг с другом посредством химической связи.
20. Способ по одному из пп. 17–19, включающий в себя стадию способа с размещением клеевого слоя (12) на одной стороне слоя волокон (4).
21. Способ по п. 17, включающий в себя стадию способа нанесения подложки (11) на слой волокон (4) посредством формования литьем под давлением.
22. Способ по п. 17, где связывание проводят, по меньшей мере, частично посредством мостиков (6), проходящих между первым и вторым слоем материала (2, 3) в отверстиях (10) в слое волоконного материала (4) с обеспечением связывания первого и второго слоя материала вместе.
