Claims (25)

1. Порошок, по меньшей мере содержащий (в вес.%), в частности, состоящий из:
- оксида алюминия, в частности, в количестве от 92,0% до <99,0%, и
- шпинели, в частности,в количестве 8,0%-1,0%.
2. Порошок, по меньшей мере содержащий (в вес.%), в частности, состоящий из:
- 96,0%-99,9% оксида алюминия,
- активного оксида магния (MgO), в частности, в количестве от 0,1% до 4,0%, для образования шпинели с присутствующим оксидом алюминия.
3. Порошок по одному или обоим пп. 1 или 2, содержащий γ'-оксид алюминия.
4. Порошок по одному или нескольким пп. 1-3, содержащий корунд в качестве оксида алюминия.
5. Порошок по одному или нескольким пп. 1-4, содержащий пластинчатый глинозем в качестве оксида алюминия.
6. Порошок по одному или нескольким пп. 1-5, содержащий активный глинозем в качестве оксида алюминия, в частности, в количестве от 10 вес.% до 25 вес.%, как добавку для снижения содержания воды и для улучшения обрабатываемости в шликере.
7. Порошок по п. 5 или 6, причем пластинчатый глинозем содержит по меньшей мере три разные гранулометрические фракции.
8. Порошок по п. 6 или 7, причем активный глинозем содержит по меньшей мере две разные гранулометрические фракции.
9. Порошок по одному или нескольким пп. 5-8, причем пластинчатый глинозем имеет максимальный размер зерна до 10 мм.
10. Порошок по одному или нескольким из предыдущих пп. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 или 9, причем активный оксид магния (MgO) имеет активность к лимонной кислоте от 10 секунд до 250 секунд.
11. Керамика, в частности, полученная с использованием порошка по одному или нескольким пп. 1-10, по меньшей мере содержащая (в вес.%), в частности, состоящая из:
- оксида алюминия как материала матрицы, в частности, в количестве от 92,0% до < 99,0%, и
- шпинели, в частности, в количестве 8,0%-1,0%.
12. Керамика по п. 11, в которой оксид алюминия присутствует в виде корунда.
13. Керамика по п. 11 или 12, в которой оксид алюминия присутствует в виде пластинчатого глинозема.
14. Керамика по одному или нескольким из пп. 11, 12 или 13, в которой оксид алюминия присутствует в виде активного глинозема для снижения содержания воды и для улучшения обрабатываемости в шликере.
15. Порошок или керамика по одному или нескольким из пп. 1-14, которые не содержат оксида кремния и/или соединений кремния.
16. Шликер, содержащий по меньшей мере одну жидкость, в частности, воду, и порошок по одному или нескольким из пп. 1-10 или 15.
17. Конструкционный элемент, содержащий, в частности, состоящий из керамики по одному или нескольким из пп. 11, 12, 13, 14 или 15, или полученный из порошка по одному или нескольким из пп. 1-10 или 15, или шликера по п. 16.
18. Конструкционный элемент по п. 17, у которого 90% всех пор в частности, 95% всех пор меньше 5 мкм.
19. Конструкционный элемент по п. 17 или 18, содержащий оксид алюминия и шпинель, в частности, состоящий из них.
