Claims (21)
1. Материал для предотвращения появления спаек, состоящий из водорастворимого слоя основы толщиной 1-1000 мкм, содержащего водорастворимый полимер, и слоя предотвращения появления спаек толщиной 10-1000 нм, содержащего биодеградируемый полимер, где биодеградируемый полимер состоит из разветвленного полиалкиленгликоля, содержащего 3-8 концевых гидроксильных групп на молекулу, связанного с полигидроксиалкановой кислотой, и массовое отношение разветвленного полиалкиленгликоля по отношению к общей массе составляет 1% - 40%.
2. Материал для предотвращения появления спаек по п.1, где разветвленный полиалкиленгликоль состоит из линейного полиалкиленгликоля, связанного с многоатомным спиртом.
3. Материал для предотвращения появления спаек по п.1 или 2, где полигидроксиалкановая кислота представляет собой гомополимер из мономеров, выбранных из группы, состоящей из молочной кислоты, гликолевой кислоты и капроновой кислоты или сополимера двух или более мономеров.
4. Материал для предотвращения появления спаек по любому из пп.1-3, где биодеградируемый полимер имеет структуру, представленную Формулой (I):
где l, m, n и o, каждый, независимо представляют собой целое число от 24 до 88 и A, B, C и D, каждый, независимо представляют собой группу, представленную Формулой (II):
где x представляет собой целое число от 90 до 148 или группу, представленную Формулой (III):
где y представляет собой целое число от 72 до 132 и z представляет собой целое число от 19 до 39.
5. Материал для предотвращения появления спаек по любому из пп.1-4, где биодеградируемый полимер имеет структуру, представленную Формулой (IV):
где p, q, r, s и t каждый, независимо представляют собой в каждой повторяющейся единице целое число от 5 до 20, u представляет собой целое число от 0 до 4, и A, B, C, D и E каждый, независимо, в каждой повторяющейся единице, представляют собой группу, представленную Формулой (II):
где x представляет собой целое число от 40 до 80 или группу, представленную Формулой (III):
где y представляет собой целое число от 35 до 65 и z представляет собой целое число от 9 до 20.
6. Материал для предотвращения появления спаек по любому из пп.1-5, где полигидроксиалкановая кислота в биодеградируемом полимере, представленном Формулами (I) и (IV), представляет собой сополимер молочной кислоты и гликолевой кислоты, и отношение количества молей молочной кислоты относительно количества молей гликолевой кислоты в биодеградируемом полимере составляет 3,0-5,0.
7. Материал для предотвращения появления спаек по любому из пп.1-6, где водорастворимый полимер представляет собой полисахарид или модифицированный полисахарид.
8. Материал для предотвращения появления спаек по любому из пп.1-6, где водорастворимый полимер выбирается из группы, состоящей из пуллулана, гиалуроновой кислоты, ацилированного пуллулана, ацилированной гиалуроновой кислоты, ацетилированного пуллулана, ацетилированной гиалуроновой кислоты и смеси двух или более из них.
9. Материал для предотвращения появления спаек по любому из пп.1-8, где на подложке создается слой основы, слой основы приклеивается к подложке с такой прочностью, что его можно отслоить с подложки, и слой предотвращения появления спаек создается на слое основы.
