Claims (31)
1. Способ краско-струйной печати для декоративных поверхностей, включающий стадии, на которых:
струйным методом наносят изображение на первую термопластичную пленку (12) с использованием одной или нескольких пигментированных УФ-отверждаемых по свободно-радикальному механизму типографских красок для краско-струйной печати;
по меньшей мере частично УФ-отверждают нанесенное струйным методом изображение на первой термопластичной пленке (12);
вставляют слой, содержащий сополимер винилхлорида-винилацетата-винилового спирта, между второй термопластичной пленкой (12) и первой термопластичной пленкой, несущей по меньшей мере частично УФ-отвержденное изображение (15), так что по меньшей мере частично УФ-отвержденное изображение (15) расположено лицевой стороной к слою, содержащему сополимер винилхлорида-винилацетата-винилового спирта;
где по меньшей мере одна из первой и второй термопластичных пленок представляет собой прозрачную термопластичную пленку; и
где одна или несколько пигментированных УФ-отверждаемых по свободно-радикальному механизму типографских красок для краско-струйной печати содержат полимеризуемую композицию, содержащую:

2. Способ по п. 1, в котором слой, содержащий сополимер винилхлорида-винилацетата-винилового спирта, вставляют путем нанесения покрытия из этого слоя на первую термопластичную пленку, несущую по меньшей мере частично УФ-отвержденное изображение (15).
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором слой, содержащий сополимер винилхлорида-винилацетата-винилового спирта, вставляют путем нанесения покрытия из этого слоя на вторую термопластичную пленку.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором первая и вторая термопластичные пленки являются пленками поливинилхлорида.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором одну или несколько пигментированных УФ-отверждаемых по свободно-радикальному механизму типографских красок для краско-струйной печати в результате печати наносят на прозрачную термопластичную пленку.
6. Способ по одному из пп. 1-4, в котором одну или несколько пигментированных УФ-отверждаемых по свободно-радикальному механизму типографских красок для краско-струйной печати в результате печати наносят на непрозрачную белую термопластичную пленку.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-6, в котором одна или несколько пигментированных УФ-отверждаемых по свободно-радикальному механизму типографских красок для краско-струйной печати включают по меньшей мере один мономер, выбираемый из N-виниллактама и ациклического углеводородного моноакрилата.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором сополимер винилхлорида-винилацетата-винилового спирта включает более 80% мас. винилхлорида и от 1 до 15% мас. винилового спирта в расчете на совокупную массу сополимера.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, в котором слой сополимера винилхлорида-винилацетата-винилового спирта характеризуется массой сухого вещества в диапазоне от 1 до 10 г/м2.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 1-9, в котором первую и вторую термопластичные пленки подвергают горячему прессованию (20) для получения декоративного ламината.
11. Способ по п. 10, в котором горячее прессование (20) проводят при температуре, составляющей более 130°С.
12. Система для краско-струйной печати, включающая:
а) множество пьезоэлектрических печатающих головок;
b) устройство для УФ-отверждения, включающее УФ СИДы;
с) систему подачи типографских красок для одной или нескольких пигментированных УФ-отверждаемых по свободно-радикальному механизму типографских красок для краско-струйной печати;
d) устройство для нанесения жидкости, содержащей сополимер винилхлорида-винилацетата-винилового спирта;
где одна или несколько пигментированных УФ-отверждаемых по свободно-радикальному механизму типографских красок для краско-струйной печати содержат полимеризуемую композицию, содержащую:
от 30 до 90% мас. одного или нескольких соединений, содержащих одну этиленненасыщенную полимеризуемую группу;
от 10 до 70% мас. одного или нескольких соединений, содержащих две этиленненасыщенные полимеризуемые группы; и
от 0 до 10% мас. одного или нескольких соединений, содержащих три или более этиленненасыщенных полимеризуемых групп, где все уровни массового процентного содержания % мас. приведены в расчете на совокупную массу полимеризуемой композиции.
13. Система краско-струйной печати по п. 12, в которой множество пьезоэлектрических печатающих головок сконфигурировано для однопроходной краско-струйной печати.
14. Система краско-струйной печати по п. 12 или 13, в которой устройство для УФ-отверждения расположено так, чтобы обеспечить отверждение одной или нескольких пигментированных УФ-отверждаемых по свободно-радикальному механизму типографских красок для краско-струйной печати по истечении 100-800 мс.
15. Производственная линия для декоративных ламинатов, включающая систему краско-струйной печати по любому из пп. 12-14 и термопресс (20).
