Claims (13)

1. Способ обработки сточных вод из промышленного процесса получения пропиленоксида, который включает обработку сточных вод каталитической влажной окислительной обработкой в присутствии катализатора, содержащего пористые углеродные шарики с добавкой металлических наночастиц.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором металл выбирают из одного или нескольких из алюминия, железа, никеля, меди, серебра, кобальта, молибдена, золота и платины.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором металл выбирают из одного или нескольких из железа, никеля, меди и кобальта.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором катализатор дополнительно содержит углеродные нановолокна.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором катализатор приготовлен способом, включающим:
(i) приготовление смеси из одного или нескольких ароматических спиртовых мономеров и/или неароматических мономеров, растворителя, катализатора полимеризации, сшивающего агента, стабилизатора суспензии и одной или нескольких солей металлов, в условиях, достаточных для получения полимерных шариков с добавкой одного или нескольких металлов или их солей; и
(ii) карбонизацию, активацию и последующее восстановление полимерных шариков, полученных на стадии (i), для получения пористых углеродных шариков с добавкой металлических наночастиц.
6. Способ по п. 5, в котором катализатор получен способом, дополнительно включающим:
(iii) воздействие на пористые углеродные шарики с добавкой металлических наночастиц химическим осаждением из газовой фазы в присутствии источника углерода с получением пористых углеродных шариков с добавкой металлических наночастиц, которые содержат углеродные нановолокна.
7. Способ по п. 6, в котором источник углерода выбран из ацетилена, бензола, ксилола и толуола.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 5-7, в котором ароматические спиртовые мономеры и неароматические мономеры выбраны из одного или нескольких из фенола, винилбензилового спирта, крезола, бутилфенола и метилметакрилата (ММА).
9. Способ по любому из пп. 5-8, в котором стабилизатор суспензии выбран из одного или нескольких из поливинилового спирта (ПВС), порошка гуммиарабика (GAP) и поливинилпирролидона.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 1-10, в котором обработку сточных вод осуществляют при температуре в диапазоне от 120 до 300°C и давлении в диапазоне от 2 до 15 МПа.
