Claims (41)
1. Основа, где на по меньшей мере часть основы нанесен непрерывный слой композиции покрытия, причем композиция покрытия содержит A) нерастворимый в воде полимер α-(1,3→глюкан), имеющий 90% или больше α-1,3-гликозидных связей, массовую долю менее чем 1% α-1,3,6-гликозидных точек ветвления и среднечисловую степень полимеризации в пределах от 55 до 10000, и/или B) декстран, содержащий:
(i) 87-93% α-1,6-гликозидных связей;
(ii) 0,1-1,2% α-1,3-гликозидных связей;
(iii) 0,1-0,7% α-1,4-гликозидных связей;
(iv) 7,7-8,6% α-1,3,6-гликозидных связей; и
(v) 0,4-1,7% α-1,2,6-гликозидных или α-1,4,6-гликозидных связей;
где средневесовая молекулярная масса (Mw) декстрана составляет примерно 50-200 миллионов Дальтон, z-средний радиус инерции декстрана составляет примерно 200-280 нм.
2. Основа по п. 1, где нерастворимый в воде полимер α-(1,3→глюкан) является полимером, имеющим 95% или более α-1,3-гликозидных связей.
3. Основа по п. 1, где композиция покрытия дополнительно содержит одну или несколько добавок.
4. Основа по п. 1, где композиция покрытия в основном не содержит крахмал или гидроксиалкилкрахмал.
5. Основа по п. 1, где нерастворимый в воде полимер α-(1,3→глюкан) является линейным полимером, имеющим 99% или более α-1,3-гликозидных связей и менее 1% α-1,3,6-точек ветвления.
6. Основа по п. 1, где основа устойчива к действию жира и/или масла.
7. Основа по п. 1, где высушенный слой нерастворимого в воде полимера α-(1,3→глюкана) образует слой, имеющий толщину в пределах от 0,1 микрометра до 50 микрометров.
8. Основа по п. 1, где основа представляет собой целлюлозную основу, полимер, бумагу, текстиль, картонную бумагу, картон или гофрированный картон.
9. Способ, включающий
1) предоставление водной композиции покрытия, содержащей A) нерастворимый в воде полимер α-(1,3→глюкан), имеющий 90% или больше α-1,3-гликозидных связей, массовую долю менее чем 1% α-1,3,6-гликозидных точек ветвления и среднечисловую степень полимеризации в пределах от 55 до 10000, в водном гидроксиде щелочного металла и/или B) декстран в воде, где декстран содержит:
(i) 87-93% α-1,6-гликозидных связей;
(ii) 0,1-1,2% α-1,3-гликозидных связей;
(iii) 0,1-0,7% α-1,4-гликозидных связей;
(iv) 7,7-8,6% α-1,3,6-гликозидных связей; и
(v) 0,4-1,7% α-1,2,6-гликозидных или α-1,4,6-гликозидных связей;
где средневесовая молекулярная масса (Mw) декстрана составляет примерно 50-200 миллионов Дальтон, z-средний радиус инерции декстрана составляет примерно 200-280 нм; и
2) нанесение слоя водной композиции покрытия на по меньшей мере часть основы; и
3) удаление по меньшей мере части воды из нанесенного слоя;
причем высушенный слой композиции покрытия образует на основе непрерывный слой.
10. Способ по п. 9, где способ дополнительно включает в себя промывание нанесенного слоя водой перед или после стадии 3) удаления по меньшей мере части воды.
11. Способ по п. 9, где способ дополнительно включает в себя промывание нанесенного слоя водной кислотой перед или после стадии 3) удаления по меньшей мере части воды.
12. Способ по п. 9, где высушенный слой имеет толщину в пределах от 0,1 микрометра до 50 микрометров.
13. Способ по п. 9, где стадию удаления воды выполняют выпариванием, нагреванием или их комбинацией.
14. Основа по п. 1, где декстран содержит массовую долю:
(i) примерно 89,5-90,5% глюкозных звеньев, связанных в положениях 1 и 6;
(ii) примерно 0,4-0,9% глюкозных звеньев, связанных в положениях 1 и 3;
(iii) примерно 0,3-0,5% глюкозных звеньев, связанных в положениях 1 и 4;
(iv) примерно 8,0-8,3% глюкозных звеньев, связанных в положениях 1, 3 и 6; и
(v) примерно 0,7-1,4% глюкозных звеньев, связанных в:
(a) положениях 1, 2 и 6, или
(b) положениях 1, 4 и 6.
15. Основа по п. 1, где декстран содержит цепи, связанные вместе в разветвляющуюся структуру, где указанные цепи имеют сходные длины и содержат в основном альфа-1,6-гликозидные связи.
16. Основа по п. 15, где средняя длина цепей составляет примерно 10-50 мономерных звеньев.
17. Основа по п. 1, где средневесовая молекулярная масса декстрана составляет от 80 до 120 миллионов Дальтон.
18. Основа по п. 1, где z-средний радиус инерции декстрана составляет 230-250 нм.
