Claims (17)
1. Аддитивная технология для производства корпуса из композитных материалов, содержащая следующие этапы:
обеспечение опорной конструкции, на основании которой будет формироваться композитный материал; установка упрочняющего материала рядом с опорной конструкцией; и
постепенное нанесение матричного материала на опорную конструкцию, чтобы покрыть упрочняющий материал, матричный материал наносится из форсунки, движущейся относительно опорной конструкции.
2. Процесс по п. 1, в котором опорная конструкция наклонена и предусмотрен закрывающий элемент, опорная конструкция и закрывающий элемент взаимодействуют, образуя гнездо пресс-формы, в котором формируется композитный материал.
3. Процесс по п. 2, в котором закрывающий элемент наносился постепенно по мере того, как наносится матричный материал.
4. Процесс по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором форсунка была частью подвижной печатающей головки.
5. Процесс по любому из предыдущих пунктов, дополнительно содержащий шаг приведения в контакт с матричным материалом формообразующего элемента, чтобы получить требуемый контур поверхности.
6. Процесс по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором этап обеспечения опорной конструкции содержит нанесение тканого материала прилегающим к опорной конструкции и нанесение на тканый материал дубильного вещества.
7. Процесс по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором матричный материал нагревают во время нанесения, опорную конструкцию нагревают, чтобы нагреть матричный материал.
8. Процесс по п. 7, в котором упрочняющий материал проводит электричество, и матричный материал нагревают посредством применения электрического тока к упрочняющему материалу.
9. Процесс по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором опорная конструкция имеет трехмерную функцию и содержит углубления, в которые может входить упрочняющий материал.
10. Процесс по п. 9, в котором опорная конструкция представлена в форме волнистого листа с выемками, в которые может входить упрочняющий материал.
11. Процесс по п. 9 или 10, в котором опорная конструкция была сформирована из формующегося композитного материала.
12. Процесс по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором опорная конструкция представлена в форме магнитной обшивки.
13. Процесс по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором композитный материал представлен в форме панели или фермы, панель оснащена соединительными элементами для соединения множества аналогичных панелей вместе.
14. Процесс по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором упрочняющий материал наносится слоями.
15. Процесс по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором матричный материал содержит цемент, полиэтилен или полиуретан.
