Claims (15)
1. Способ опреснения морской воды или соленых сточных вод, включающий: осуществление процесса осаждения фосфатом, включающего добавление первой
смеси, содержащей фосфат аммония и фосфат натрия, к морской воде или соленым сточным водам и смешивание первой смеси и морской воды или соленых сточных вод,
после смешивания первой смеси и морской воды или соленых сточных вод, добавление второй смеси, содержащей аммиак и заряженный растворитель на водной основе, к морской воде или соленым сточным водам и смешивание с получением смеси морской воды или соленых сточных вод, имеющей значение рН, равное приблизительно 8,5 или более,
осуществление процесса сбора твердых веществ для сбора осажденных твердых веществ из смеси морской воды или соленых сточных вод, при этом твердые вещества включают фосфат магния-аммония,
после сбора твердых веществ, осуществление процесса окисления, включающего аэрацию смеси морской воды или соленых сточных вод, с последующим удалением фильтрацией твердых веществ, образующихся в процессе окисления, и
осуществление окончательного процесса фильтрации, включающего микрофильтрацию с последующей нанофильтрацией морской воды или соленых сточных вод с получением питьевой или пригодной для применения воды.
2. Способ опреснения по п. 1, дополнительно включающий фильтрацию смеси морской воды или соленых сточных вод после процесса сбора твердых веществ.
3. Способ опреснения по п. 2, где фильтрация включает фильтрацию через песок с последующей фильтрацией через слой активированного угля или тому подобное.
4. Способ получения удобрения, включающий: обеспечение морской воды или соленых сточных вод, осуществление процесса осаждения фосфатом, включающего:
добавление первой смеси, содержащей фосфат аммония и фосфат натрия, к морской воде или соленым сточным водам и смешивание первой смеси и морской воды или соленых сточных вод,
после смешивания первой смеси и морской воды или соленых сточных вод, добавление второй смеси, содержащей аммиак и заряженный растворитель на водной основе, к морской воде или соленым сточным водам и смешивание с получением смеси морской воды или соленых сточных вод, имеющей значение рН, равное приблизительно 8,5 или более, и
осуществление процесса сбора для сбора удобрения, содержащего осажденные твердые вещества из смеси морской воды или соленых сточных вод, при этом твердые вещества включают фосфат магния-аммония.
5. Способ получения удобрения по п. 4, где удобрение дополнительно содержит органическое вещество.
6. Способ получения удобрения по п. 4, где твердые вещества дополнительно содержат калий, кальций и другие минеральные соли.
7. Способ получения удобрения по п. 4, где морская вода или соленые сточные воды выбраны для обработки таким образом, что твердые вещества содержат от приблизительно 8 до 20 мас. % магния.
