Claims (39)

1. Смазочная композиция, включающая основное количество смазочного базового масла, и (А) молибденорганическое соединение, создающее в смазочной композиции общее содержание молибдена от около 50 млн-1 до 800 млн-1, и (В) алкилированное дифениламинное производное триазола, присутствующее в количестве от около 0,01-5,0% по весу относительно смазочной композиции.
2. Смазочная композиция по п.1, в которой общее содержание молибдена составляет от около 75 млн-1 до около 350 млн-1.
3. Смазочная композиция по п.1, в которой молибденорганическое соединение выбирают из одного или обоих из дитиокарбамата молибдена и сложноэфирно-амидного комплекса молибдена.
4. Смазочная композиция по п.1, в которой алкилированное дифениламинное производное триазола присутствует в количестве от около 0,05-3,0% по весу относительно смазочной композиции.
5. Смазочная композиция по п.1, в которой отношение (А):(В), в расчете на отношение содержания молибдена (в вес.%) к содержанию производного триазола (в вес.%), составляет от около 0,001:1 до 20:1.
6. Смазочная композиция по п.1, в которой алкилированное дифениламинное производное триазола выбирают из одного или обоих из
1-[ди-(4-алкилфенил)аминометил]триазола и
1-[(4-алкилфенил)(фенил)аминометил]триазола.
7. Смазочная композиция по п.6, в которой алкилированное дифениламинное производное триазола выбирают из одного или более из
1-[ди-(4-бутилфенил)аминометил]триазола,
1-[ди-(4-октилфенил)аминометил]триазола,
1-[ди-(4-нонилфенил)аминометил]триазола,
1-[(4-бутилфенил)(фенил)аминометил]триазола,
1-[(4-октилфенил)(фенил)аминометил]триазола,
1-[(4-нонилфенил)(фенил)аминометил]триазола и
1-[(4-бутилфенил)(4-октилфенил)аминометил]триазола.
8. Смазочная композиция по п.1, в которой снижение коррозии меди и/или свинца происходит соответственно высокотемпературному стендовому коррозионному испытанию ASTM D 6594.
9. Смазочная композиция по п.1, в которой смазочное масло представляет собой масло, которое определено как коррозионное в отношении Cu и/или Pb в соответствии с высокотемпературным стендовым коррозионным испытанием ASTM D 6594, когда компонент (В) не присутствует.
10. Композиция добавки для применения с композицией смазочного масла, причем композиция добавки включает (А) молибденорганическое соединение, и (В) алкилированное дифениламинное производное триазола, причем отношение (А):(В), в расчете на количество молибдена по весу и количество производного триазола по весу, составляет от около 0,001:1 до 20:1.
11. Композиция по п.10, в которой производное триазола выбирают из одного или более из 1-[ди-(4-алкилфенил)аминометил]триазола и 1-[(4-алкилфенил)(фенил)аминометил]триазола.
12. Композиция по п.11, в которой производное триазола выбирают из группы, состоящей из одного или более из
1-[ди-(4-бутилфенил)аминометил]триазола,
1-[ди-(4-октилфенил)аминометил]триазола,
1-[ди-(4-нонилфенил)аминометил]триазола,
1-[(4-бутилфенил)(фенил)аминометил]триазола,
1-[(4-октилфенил)(фенил)аминометил]триазола,
1-[(4-нонилфенил)(фенил)аминометил]триазола и
1-[(4-бутилфенил)(4-октилфенил)аминометил]триазола.
13. Композиция по п.10, в которой молибденорганическое соединение представляет собой один или оба из дитиокарбамата молибдена и сложноэфирно-амидного комплекса молибдена.
14. Способ снижения высокотемпературной коррозии меди и свинца в моторном масле для высоконагруженных дизельных двигателей, включающем между около 50 млн-1 и 800 млн-1 молибдена, причем способ включает стадию добавления к моторному маслу алкилированного дифениламинного производного триазола в количестве между 0,05% и 3,0% по весу относительно моторного масла.
15. Способ по п.14, в котором молибден присутствует в форме одного или обоих из дитиокарбамата молибдена и сложноэфирно-амидного комплекса молибдена.
16. Способ по п.14, в котором производное триазола выбирают из группы, состоящей из одного или более из
1-[ди-(4-бутилфенил)аминометил]триазола,
1-[ди-(4-октилфенил)аминометил]триазола,
1-[ди-(4-нонилфенил)аминометил]триазола,
1-[(4-бутилфенил)(фенил)аминометил]триазола,
1-[(4-октилфенил)(фенил)аминометил]триазола,
1-[(4-нонилфенил)(фенил)аминометил]триазола, и
1-[(4-бутилфенил)(4-октилфенил)аминометил]триазола.
