Claims (10)
1. Титановый материал для горячей прокатки, содержащий
титановую отливку и
титановый лист, приваренный к поверхности, соответствующей прокатываемой поверхности титановой отливки,
причем
титановая отливка и титановый лист имеют один и тот же химический состав,
при этом размер зерна титанового листа составляет менее 1 мм.
2. Титановый материал по п. 1, в котором толщина титанового листа составляет от 1 мм до 20 мм.
3. Титановый материал по п. 1 или 2, в котором титановая отливка выполнена в виде титанового сляба, изготовленного путем переплавки электронным лучом или плазменной дуговой плавки.
4. Титановый материал по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором титановый лист приварен к поверхности, соответствующей прокатываемой поверхности титановой отливки, посредством сварки электронным лучом, плазменной дуговой сварки или сварки вольфрамовым электродом в среде инертного газа.
5. Титановый материал по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором сварка выполнена в вакууме.
