Claims (17)
1. Способ полимеризации, способ включает введение во взаимодействие одного или большего количества мономеров, по меньшей мере одной каталитической системы и конденсирующегося реагента, содержащего в основном 2,2-диметилпропан, при условиях проведения полимеризации с получением полиолефина; где производительность при образовании полиолефина по меньшей мере на 20% выше, чем производительность такого же способа полимеризации с использованием другого конденсирующегося реагента C4-C8.
2. Способ полимеризации включает введение во взаимодействие одного или большего количества мономеров, по меньшей мере одной каталитической системы и конденсирующегося реагента, содержащего смесь 2,2-диметилпропана и по меньшей мере одного другого конденсирующегося реагента С4-С8, при условиях проведения полимеризации с получением полиолефина.
3. Способ по п. 2, в котором производительность при образовании полиолефина по меньшей мере на 20% выше, чем производительность такого же способа полимеризации, в котором в основном не используют 2,2-диметилпропан.
4. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором производительность при образовании полиолефина по меньшей мере на 25% выше, чем производительность такого же способа полимеризации, в котором используют другой конденсирующийся реагент С4-С8.
5. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором производительность при образовании полиолефина по меньшей мере на 30% выше, чем производительность такого же способа полимеризации, в котором используют другой конденсирующийся реагент С4-С8.
6. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором конденсирующийся реагент С4-С8 содержит н-бутан, изобутан, н-пентан, изопентан, н-гексан, изогексан, н-гептан, н-октан или их смеси.
7. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором конденсирующимся реагентом С4-С8 является изопентан.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором отношение количества 2,2-диметилпропана к количеству конденсирующегося реагента С4-С8 более чем или равно 50:50.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором отношение количества 2,2-диметилпропана к количеству конденсирующегося реагента С4-С8 более чем или равно 65:35.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором отношение количества 2,2-диметилпропана к количеству конденсирующегося реагента С4-С8 более чем или равно 85:15.
11. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором конденсирующийся реагент содержит в основном 2,2-диметилпропан.
12. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором полиолефином является сополимер этилена с С3-С12-альфа-олефином.
13. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором полиолефином является сополимер этилена с С4-С8-альфа-олефином.
14. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором полиолефин обладает плотностью, равной от 0,905 г/см3 до 0,918 г/см3.
15. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором полиолефин обладает индексом расплава (I2,16) (ASTM D1238), равным от 15 г/10 мин до 100 г/10 мин.
16. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором по меньшей мере одна каталитическая система содержит катализатор Циглера-Натта, хром, оксид хрома, AlCl3, кобальт, железо, палладий, ванадий, металлоценовый катализатор или их смеси.
17. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором полиолефин обладает плотностью, равной от 0,910 г/см3 до 0,915 г/см3.
