Claims (15)
1. Композиция катализатора тройного действия, содержащая родий, церийсодержащий оксид и палладиевый компонент на носителе, в котором палладиевый компонент на носителе включает в себя палладий, барий и кобальт, а также оксид алюминия.
2. Композиция катализатора тройного действия по п. 1, в которой палладиевый компонент на носителе включает в себя палладий, барий и алюмокобальтовую шпинель.
3. Композиция катализатора тройного действия по п. 1 или 2, в которой родий нанесен на носитель из неорганического оксида.
4. Композиция катализатора тройного действия по п. 3, в которой носитель из неорганического оксида выбирают из группы, включающей в себя оксид алюминия, диоксид кремния, диоксид титана, диоксид циркония, диоксид церия, оксид ниобия, оксиды тантала, оксиды молибдена, оксиды вольфрама и их смешанные оксиды или композитные оксиды двух или более из них.
5. Композиция катализатора тройного действия по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой церийсодержащий оксид выбирают из группы, включающей в себя оксид церия, смешанный оксид церия-циркония и смешанный оксид алюминия-церия-циркония.
6. Композиция катализатора тройного действия по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой палладиевый компонент на носителе содержит от 0,1 до 1 мас.% палладия.
7. Композиция катализатора тройного действия по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой палладиевый компонент на носителе содержит от 1 до 10 мас.% бария.
8. Композиция катализатора тройного действия по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой палладиевый компонент на носителе содержит от 0,5 до 20 мас.% кобальта.
9. Изделие, представляющее собой катализатор тройного действия, содержащее композицию катализатора тройного действия по любому из предшествующих пунктов, нанесенную на металлическую или керамическую подложку.
10. Изделие, представляющее собой катализатор тройного действия, по п. 9, в котором подложка представляет собой проточный монолит.
11. Изделие, представляющее собой катализатор тройного действия, по п. 9 или 10, содержащее подложку и по меньшей мере один слой на подложке, где данный по меньшей мере один слой включает в себя композицию катализатора тройного действия.
12. Изделие, представляющее собой катализатор тройного действия, по любому из пп. 9-11, содержащее два слоя, находящихся на подложке, где первый слой содержит палладиевый компонент, а второй слой содержит родий и церийсодержащий оксид.
13. Изделие, представляющее собой катализатор тройного действия, по п. 12, в котором первый слой расположен на подложке, а второй слой расположен на первом слое.
14. Выхлопная система двигателей внутреннего сгорания, содержащая компонент катализатора тройного действия по любому из пп. 9-13.
15. Способ очистки отработавших газов двигателя внутреннего сгорания, включающий в себя приведение отработавшего газа в контакт с композицией катализатора тройного действия по любому из пп. 1-8 или изделием, представляющим собой катализатор тройного действия по любому из пп. 9-13.
