Claims (24)
1. Полотно (10, 110, 110’, 210, 210’) нетканого материала, проходящее в продольном направлении (Х1) и в боковом направлении (Y1), ортогональном к продольному направлению (Х1), при этом указанное полотно содержит:
- по меньшей мере одну зону усиления (20а, 20b, 20с), в которой волокна и/или нити, образующие полотно, соединены в соответствии с рисунком (22) усиления, содержащим множество геометрических форм (24), при этом зона усиления расположена по всей длине (L) полотна, измеренной в продольном направлении (X1), и по ширине (l1, l2), строго меньшей ширины (l) полотна, измеренной в боковом направлении (Y1), и
- по меньшей мере одну не усиленную зону (40),
при этом удлинение усиленной зоны (20а, 20b, 20с, 20d) под действием данной силы, действующей в продольном направлении (X1), меньше удлинения не усиленной зоны (40) под действием этой же силы.
2. Полотно (10, 110, 110’, 210, 210’) по п. 1, в котором геометрические формы (24) рисунка (22) усиления являются дискретными элементами.
3. Полотно (10, 110, 110’, 210, 210’) по п. 1 или 2, в котором геометрические формы (24) рисунка (22) усиления каждой зоны усиления (20а, 20b, 20с, 20d) расположены так, что любая прямая (D1), проходящая в боковом направлении (Y1) полотна, пересекает по меньшей мере одну из указанных форм (24).
4. Полотно (10, 110, 110’, 210, 210’) по любому из пп. 1–3, в котором процентное содержание соединения в зоне усиления (20а, 20b, 20с, 20d) превышает 10%, предпочтительно превышает 15%.
5. Полотно (10, 110, 110’, 210, 210’) по любому из пп. 1–4, в котором процентное содержание соединения в полезном участке зоны усиления (20а, 20b, 20с, 20d) превышает 15%, предпочтительно превышает 20%.
6. Полотно (10, 110, 110’, 210, 210’) по любому из пп. 1–5, в котором процентное содержание соединения в полезном участке зоны усиления меньше 90%.
7. Полотно (10, 110, 110’, 210, 210’) по любому из пп. 1–6, в котором ширина (l1, l2) каждой зоны усиления (20а, 20b, 20с, 20d) составляет не более 80% ширины (l) полотна, предпочтительно не более 60% ширины (l) полотна.
8. Полотно (10, 110, 110’, 210, 210’) по любому из пп. 1–7, в котором удлинение при 5 Н усиленной зоны усиления (20а, 20b, 20с, 20d) меньше удлинения при 5 Н не усиленной зоны (40), предпочтительно меньше по меньшей мере на 5% удлинения не усиленной зоны (40).
9. Полотно (10, 110, 110’; 210, 210’) по любому из пп. 1–8, представляющее собой упрочненный нетканый материал из кардной пряжи, в частности, нетканый материал типа Spunlace.
10. Ламинированный комплекс (100, 200), содержащий по меньшей мере одно первое полотно (110, 210) по любому из пп. 1–9 и по меньшей мере одну эластичную пленку (150, 152, 250, 252), соединенную с указанным первым полотном.
11. Ламинированный комплекс (100, 200) по п. 10, содержащий по меньшей мере одно второе полотно (110’, 210’) нетканого материала, при этом указанная по меньшей мере одна эластичная пленка (150, 152, 250, 252) расположена между первым и вторым полотнами (110, 110’; 210, 210’).
12. Ламинированный комплекс (100, 200) по п. 11, в котором первое полотно (110, 210) содержит по меньшей мере одну первую зону усиления (120а, 120b, 220a, 220b), а второе полотно (110’, 210’) является полотном по любому из пп. 1–9, которое содержит по меньшей мере одну вторую зону усиления (120’, 220a’, 220b’).
13. Ламинированный комплекс (100, 200) по п. 12, в котором первая и вторая зоны усиления (120a, 120’, 220a, 220a’) перекрывают друг друга по меньшей мере в одной зоне (ZC) перекрывания заранее определенной ширины (lс).
14. Ламинированный комплекс (200) по п. 13, в котором проекции соответствующих рисунков (222А, 222А’) усиления первой и второй зон усиления (220а, 220a’) совпадают по меньшей мере в одной зоне ламинированного комплекса.
15. Ламинированный комплекс (100, 200) по п. 13, в котором проекции в направлении Z соответствующих рисунков (122А, 122В) усиления первой и второй зон усиления расположены так, что любая прямая, проходящая в боковом направлении полотна, пересекает проекцию геометрических форм рисунков усиления первой и второй зон усиления.
16. Ламинированный комплекс (100, 200) по любому из пп. 10–15, в котором каждая зона усиления (120a, 120b, 220a, 220b; 120’, 220a’, 220b’) каждого полотна (110, 110’; 210, 210’) смещена в боковом направлении (Y1) относительно эластичного участка (E) ламинированного комплекса (100, 200).
17. Ламинированный комплекс (100, 200) по п. 16, в котором по меньшей мере одна первая зона усиления (120а, 220а) первого полотна (110, 210) и по меньшей мере одна вторая зона усиления (120’, 220a’) второго полотна (110’, 210’) перекрывают друг друга по меньшей мере в одной зоне (ZC) перекрывания заранее определенной ширины (lс), и одна среди первой зоны усиления (120a, 220a) первого полотна (110, 210) и второй зоны усиления (120’, 220a’) второго полотна (110’, 210’) проходит за пределы указанной зоны (ZC) перекрывания в направлении эластичного участка (E) ламинированного комплекса (100, 200) в его боковом направлении (Y1).
18. Способ обработки полотна (10) нетканого материала, при этом указанное полотно расположено в продольном направлении (Х1) и в боковом направлении (Y1), ортогональном к продольному направлению (Х1), при этом способ содержит по меньшей мере один этап усиления, в ходе которого по меньшей мере в одной зоне усиления (20) полотна (10), расположенной по всей длине полотна, измеренной в продольном направлении, и по ширине (l1), строго меньшей ширины (l) полотна (10), измеренной в его боковом направлении, волокна и/или нити, образующие полотно (10), соединяют в соответствии с рисунком (22) усиления, содержащим множество геометрических форм (24), так, что удлинение усиленной зоны под действием данной силы, приложенной в продольном направлении, меньше удлинения не усиленной зоны полотна под действием этой же силы.
19. Способ обработки по п. 18, в котором этап усиления осуществляют посредством горячего каландрирования.
20. Способ обработки по п. 18 или 19, дополнительно содержащий этап активации, на котором по меньшей мере в одной зоне полотна (10) нетканый материал растягивают для его активации.
21. Способ обработки по любому из пп. 18–20, дополнительно содержащий перед этапом усиления этап подгонки ширины (l) полотна.
