Claims (21)
- 長手方向(X1)および該長手方向(X1)に直交する横方向(Y1)に延在する不織シート(10、110、110’、210、210’)であって、前記シートは、
−前記シートを構成する繊維および/またはフィラメントが複数の幾何学的形状(24)を含む補強パターン(22)で互いに結合された少なくとも1つの補強ゾーン(20a、20b、20c)であって、前記長手方向(X1)に測定された前記シートの全長(L)にわたって、かつ前記横方向(Y1)に測定された前記シートの幅(l)よりも厳密に小さい幅(l1、l2)にわたって延在する少なくとも1つの補強ゾーン(20a、20b、20c)と、
−少なくとも1つの非補強ゾーン(40)とを含み、
前記長手方向(X1)に作用する所定の力の影響下での前記補強ゾーン(20a、20b、20c、20d)の伸長が、同じ力の作用下で前記非補強ゾーン(40)の伸長よりも小さい、不織シート(10、110、110’、210、210’)。 - 前記補強パターン(22)の前記幾何学的形状(24)が別個の要素である、請求項1に記載のシート(10、110、110’、210、210’)。
- 前記各補強ゾーン(20a、20b、20c、20d)における前記補強パターン(22)の前記幾何学的形状(24)は、前記シートの前記横方向(Y1)に延在する任意の直線(D1)が前記形状(24)の少なくとも1つと交差するように配置されている、請求項1または2に記載のシート(10、110、110’、210、210’)。
- 前記補強ゾーン(20a、20b、20c、20d)における結合割合が10%より高く、より好ましくは15%より高い、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシート(10、110、110’、210、210’)。
- 前記補強ゾーン(20a、20b、20c、20d)の有用部分における結合割合が、15%より高く、より好ましくは20%より高い、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシート(10、110、110’、210、210’)。
- 前記補強ゾーンの有用部分における結合割合が90%未満である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシート(10、110、110’、210、210’)。
- 前記各補強ゾーン(20a、20b、20c、20d)の幅(l1、l2)は、最大で前記シートの幅(l)の80%、好ましくは最大で前記シートの幅(l)の60%を示す、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシート(10、110、110’、210、210’)。
- 前記補強ゾーン(20a、20b、20c、20d)の5Nでの伸長が、前記非補強ゾーン(40)の5Nでの伸長より小さく、好ましくは前記非補強ゾーン(40)の伸長より少なくとも5%小さい、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシート(10、110、110’、210、210’)。
- 強化カード型不織シート、特にスパンレース型の不織シートからなる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のシート(10、110、110’、210、210’)。
- 少なくとも1つの、請求項1〜9に記載の第1のシート(110、210)と、前記第1のシートに接続された少なくとも1つの弾性フィルム(150、152、250、252)とを含む、積層アセンブリ(100、200)。
- 少なくとも第2の不織シート(110’、210’)を含み、前記少なくとも1つの弾性フィルム(150、152、250、252)が、前記第1および前記第2のシート(110、110’、210、210’)の間に介在されている、請求項10に記載の積層アセンブリ(100、200)。
- 前記第1のシート(110、210)は、少なくとも1つの第1の補強ゾーン(120a、120b、220a、220b)を含み、前記第2のシート(110’、210’)は、少なくとも1つの第2の補強ゾーン(120’、220a’、220b’)を有する請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のシートである、請求項11に記載の積層アセンブリ(100、200)。
- 前記第1および前記第2の補強ゾーン(120a、120’、220a、220a’)が、所定の幅(lc)の少なくとも1つのオーバーラップゾーン(ZC)に重なる、請求項12に記載の積層アセンブリ(100、200)。
- 前記第1および前記第2の補強ゾーン(220a、220a’)のそれぞれの補強パターン(222A、222A’)の突起は、前記積層アセンブリの少なくとも1つのゾーンに一致する、請求項13に記載の積層アセンブリ(200)。
- 前記第1および前記第2の補強ゾーンのZ方向のそれぞれの補強パターン(122A、122B)の突起は、前記シートの横方向に延在する任意の直線が、前記第1および前記第2の補強ゾーンの補強パターンの幾何学的形状の突起と交差するように配置されている、請求項13に記載の積層アセンブリ(100、200)。
- 各シート(110、110’、210、210’)の各補強ゾーン(120a、120b、220a、220b;120’、220a’、220b’)が、前記積層アセンブリ(100、200)の弾性部分(E)に対して横方向(Y1)にずれている、請求項10〜15のいずれか一項に記載の積層アセンブリ(100、200)。
- 前記第1のシート(110、210)の少なくとも1つの第1の補強ゾーン(120a、220a)および前記第2のシート(110’、210’)の少なくとも1つの第2の補強ゾーン(120’、220a’)が、所定の幅(lc)の少なくとも1つのオーバーラップゾーン(ZC)に重なり、前記第1のシート(110、210)の前記第1の補強ゾーン(120a、220a)および前記第2のシート(110’、210’)の前記第2の補強ゾーン(120’、220a’)うちの1つが、前記積層アセンブリ(100、200)の弾性部分(E)に向かってその横方向(Y1)に前記オーバーラップゾーン(ZC)を超えて延在する、請求項16に記載の積層アセンブリ(100、200)。
- 長手方向(X1)および該長手方向(X1)に直交する横方向(Y1)に延在する不織シート(10)を加工する方法であって、
該方法は、前記長手方向に測定された前記シートの全長にわたって延在する前記シート(10)の少なくとも1つの補強ゾーン(20)にわたって、かつその横方向に測定された前記シート(10)の幅(l)よりも厳密に小さい幅(l1)にわたって、前記シート(10)を構成する繊維および/またはフィラメントが、前記長手方向に作用する所定の力の影響下での前記補強ゾーンの伸長が同じ力の作用下で前記シートの非補強ゾーンの伸長よりも小さいように、複数の幾何学的形状(24)を含む補強パターン(22)を用いて互いに結合される、少なくとも1つの補強ステップを含む、方法。 - 前記補強ステップは、熱カレンダー加工によって行われる、請求項18に記載の加工方法。
- 前記シート(10)の少なくとも1つのゾーンにわたって不織布を活性化するために、前記不織布が延伸される活性化ステップをさらに含む、請求項18または19に記載の処理方法。
- 前記補強ステップの前に、前記シートの幅(l)を調整するステップをさらに含む、請求項18〜20のいずれか一項に記載の処理方法。
