Claims (29)
1. Способ эксплуатации двигателя, в котором:
сжигают воздушно-топливную смесь в цилиндрах двигателя при частоте вращения холостого хода и при обеспечении крутящего момента двигателя, недостаточного для вращения двигателя с частотой холостого хода; и
вращают двигатель с частотой холостого хода за счет крутящего момента, производимого электромотором, при обеспечении крутящего момента двигателя, недостаточного для вращения двигателя с частотой холостого хода в случае наличия запроса на нагрев катализатора.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором дополнительно корректируют количество воздуха, поступающего в двигатель, в соответствии с требуемой скоростью нагрева катализатора.
3. Способ по п. 2, в котором дополнительно увеличивают запаздывание момента зажигания для обеспечения крутящего момента двигателя, меньшего, чем необходимо для вращения двигателя с частотой холостого хода.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что электромотор представляет собой стартер/генератор, интегрированный посредством ременной передачи.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что электромотор представляет собой стартер/генератор, интегрированный в приводную систему.
6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что частота вращения холостого хода зависит от температуры двигателя.
7. Способ по п. 1, в котором дополнительно увеличивают частоту вращения двигателя с нулевой до частоты вращения холостого хода при помощи электромотора с одновременным сжиганием воздушно-топливной смеси в цилиндрах двигателя и обеспечения крутящего момента двигателя, меньшего, чем необходимо для увеличения частоты вращения двигателя до частоты вращения холостого хода.
8. Способ эксплуатации двигателя, в котором:
подают искру зажигания в цилиндры двигателя в момент, установленный с опережением или запаздыванием относительно минимального момента зажигания, обеспечивающего наилучший крутящий момент, в случае наличия запроса на создание разрежения и запроса на нагрев катализатора, причем момент зажигания определяют в зависимости от разности требуемого уровня разрежения и фактического уровня разрежения;
сжигают воздушно-топливную смесь в цилиндрах двигателя с обеспечением крутящего момента двигателя, недостаточного для вращения двигателя с требуемой частотой вращения холостого хода; и
вращают двигатель с требуемой частотой вращения холостого хода за счет крутящего момента, производимого электромотором, в случае наличия запроса на нагрев катализатора и запроса на создание разрежения.
9. Способ по п. 8, в котором дополнительно определяют момент зажигания также в зависимости от разности температуры активации катализатора и фактической температуры катализатора.
10. Способ по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что момент зажигания смещают в сторону запаздывания от минимального момента зажигания, обеспечивающего наилучший крутящий момент, в случае уменьшения разности требуемого уровня разрежения и фактического уровня разрежения.
11. Способ по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что момент зажигания смещают в сторону опережения ближе к минимальному моменту зажигания, обеспечивающему наилучший крутящий момент, в случае уменьшения разности требуемой температуры катализатора и фактической температуры катализатора.
12. Способ по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что запрос на нагрев катализатора и запрос на создание разрежения зависят от запроса на запуск двигателя.
13. Способ по п. 8, в котором дополнительно увеличивают частоту вращения двигателя с нулевой до частоты вращения холостого хода при помощи электромотора с одновременным сжиганием воздушно-топливной смеси в цилиндрах двигателя и обеспечением крутящего момента двигателя, меньшего, чем необходимо для увеличения частоты вращения двигателя до частоты вращения холостого хода.
14. Способ по п. 8, в котором дополнительно уменьшают нагрузку на генератор в зависимости от разности требуемого уровня разрежения и фактического уровня разрежения.
15. Система, содержащая:
двигатель;
трансмиссию, соединенную с двигателем;
электромотор/генератор, соединенный с двигателем ременной передачей; и
системный контроллер транспортного средства, содержащий исполнимые инструкции, сохраненные в долговременной памяти, для вращения двигателя на частоте холостого хода при помощи электромотора/генератора со сгоранием в двигателе воздушно-топливной смеси в случае поступления запроса на создание разрежения, причем крутящий момент, производимый двигателем, недостаточен для вращения двигателя на частоте холостого хода при работе двигателя с рабочей температурой прогретого двигателя.
16. Система по п. 15, дополнительно содержащая дополнительные инструкции для обеспечения работы двигателя с минимальным моментом зажигания, обеспечивающим наилучший крутящий момент, при вращении двигателя на частоте холостого хода.
17. Система по п. 15, дополнительно содержащая дополнительные инструкции для обеспечения запаздывания момента зажигания от минимального момента зажигания, обеспечивающего наилучший крутящий момент, при вращении двигателя с частотой холостого хода в случае выработки двигателем крутящего момента, недостаточного для вращения двигателя с частотой холостого хода, в случае поступления запроса на нагрев катализатора.
18. Система по п. 15, дополнительно содержащая систему зажигания и дополнительные инструкции для обеспечения зажигания в двигателе с минимальным моментом зажигания, обеспечивающим наилучший крутящий момент, в случае выработки двигателем крутящего момента, недостаточного для вращения двигателя с частотой холостого хода.
19. Система по п. 18, дополнительно содержащая дополнительные инструкции для закрытия дроссельной заслонки двигателя в случае поступления запроса на создание разрежения.
20. Система по п. 15, дополнительно содержащая дополнительные инструкции для включения аспиратора в случае поступления запроса на создание разрежения.
