Claims (24)

1. Активный буфер для установки на поверхности внутренней отделки автомобильного транспортного средства, содержащий:
отформованную из пластика расширяемую стенку камеры, имеющую концентрические складки, оканчивающиеся кромкой, причем стенка камеры включает двусторонний приварной фланец, продолжающийся за одно целое от кромки; и
отформованную из пластика стенку отделки, лежащую сверху стенки камеры, причем двусторонний приварной фланец образует шов горячей сварки со стенкой отделки для обеспечения надуваемой полости для приема газа для надувания во время события удара;
причем двусторонний приварной фланец включает плоский элемент, отформованный для продолжения радиально наружу от кромки, и воротниковый элемент, отформованный для продолжения по существу параллельно кромке, при этом шов горячей сварки отклоняет воротниковый элемент для продолжения радиально внутрь от кромки так, что воротниковый элемент оказывается в надуваемой полости, в результате чего давление от газа для надувания толкает воротниковый элемент к стенке отделки.
2. Активный буфер по п. 1, в котором воротниковый элемент отформован с множеством рельефных щелей, выполненных с возможностью схождения при отклонении для шва горячей сварки.
3. Активный буфер по п. 1, в котором рельефные щели являются V-образными.
4. Активный буфер по п. 1, в котором стенка отделки имеет выступающее ребро, расположенное радиально внутри шва горячей сварки для ограничения отклонения внутрь воротникового элемента.
5. Активный буфер по п. 1, в котором плоский элемент включает периферийный выступ вдоль внешнего радиального края для предотвращения скольжения внутрь плоского элемента во время гибки приварного фланца.
6. Активный буфер по п. 1, в котором стенка отделки включает множество приварных ребер, включенных в шов горячей сварки на плоском элементе и воротниковом элементе.
7. Активный буфер в транспортном средстве, содержащий:
стенку камеры, имеющую складки, оканчивающиеся кромкой; и
стенку отделки, образующую полость со стенкой камеры;
причем T-образный шов горячей сварки образован между стенкой отделки и двусторонним приварным фланцем, продолжающимся за одно целое от кромки, при этом обращенная радиально внутрь секция фланца продолжается в полость так, что газ для надувания, вводимый в полость, прижимает обращенную внутрь секцию к шву горячей сварки.
8. Способ образования надуваемой камеры для активного буфера, включающий этапы:
литья под давлением стенки камеры, имеющей концентрические складки, оканчивающиеся кромкой, причем стенки камеры включают двусторонний приварной фланец, продолжающийся за одно целое от кромки, причем двусторонний приварной фланец включает плоский элемент, продолжающийся радиально наружу от кромки, и воротниковый элемент, продолжающийся по существу параллельно кромке;
литья под давлением стенки отделки, имеющей приварной участок;
сцепления приварного фланца с горячей пластиной для частичного расплавления соответствующих поверхностей приварного фланца, причем горячая пластина имеет радиальную поверхность, контактирующую с плоским элементом, и наклонную поверхность, контактирующую с воротниковым элементом для поворачивания воротникового элемента радиально внутрь во время частичного расплавления; и
сжатия приварного фланца и приварного участка для образования шва горячей сварки, соединяющего стенку камеры и стенку отделки для образования надуваемой полости.
9. Способ по п. 8, в котором наклонная поверхность отклоняется в сторону от радиальной поверхности под углом в диапазоне от около 65° до около 45° так, что воротниковый элемент поворачивают на от около 25° до около 45°.
10. Способ по п. 8, причем воротниковый элемент включает множество рельефных щелей, выполненных с возможностью схождения в результате образования шва горячей сварки.
11. Способ по п. 10, в котором рельефные щели являются V-образными.
12. Способ по п. 8, в котором стенка отделки имеет ограничительное ребро, расположенное радиально внутри шва горячей сварки для ограничения отклонения внутрь воротникового элемента во время этапа сжатия.
13. Способ по п. 8, причем плоский элемент включает периферийный выступ вдоль внешнего радиального края для предотвращения скольжения внутрь плоского элемента во время гибки приварного фланца.
14. Способ по п. 8, причем приварной участок включает множество приварных ребер, при этом способ дополнительно включает этап частичного расплавления приварных ребер до этапа сжатия.
