Claims (11)
1. Половолоконное мембранное устройство для очистки крови, получаемое посредством заполнения емкости половолоконной мембраной, в котором:
половолоконная мембрана содержит гидрофобный полимер, гидрофильный полимер и жирорастворимое вещество,
количество жирорастворимого вещества на внутренней поверхности половолоконной мембраны составляет 10 мг/м2 или более и 300 мг/м2 или менее, и
скорость пропускания кислорода емкостью составляет 1,8×10-10 см3×см/(см2×с×см рт. ст.) или менее.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором поглощательная способность корпуса емкости при длине волны 350 нм составляет 0,35 или более и 2,00 или менее.
3. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, в котором концентрация пероксида водорода в начальном выходящем потоке (100 мл) при пропускании физиологическогооо раствора, составляет 10 ч./млн или менее.
4. Устройство по любому одному из пп. 1-3, где половолоконное мембранное устройство для очистки крови размещено в стерилизационном мешке, имеющем скорость пропускания кислорода 1,5×10-10 см3×см/(см2×с×см рт. ст.) или менее.
5. Устройство по любому одному из пп. 1-4, в котором жирорастворимое вещество представляет собой жирорастворимый витамин.
6. Устройство по любому одному из пп. 1-5, в котором гидрофобный полимер имеет параметр растворимости δ (кал/см3)1/2, равный 13 или менее.
7. Устройство по любому одному из пп. 1-6, в котором гидрофобный полимер представляет собой по меньшей мере одно, выбранное из группы, состоящей из полисульфона, полиэфирсульфона и триацетата целлюлозы.
8. Устройство по любому одному из пп. 1-7, в котором гидрофильный полимер представляет собой поливинилпирролидон.
