Claims (21)

1. Способ получения комбинации двух или нескольких стевиолгликозидов, включающий:
a) экстракцию листьев стевии горячей водой,
b) очистку общего экстракта и
c) разделение комбинации двух или нескольких стевиолгликозидов методом хроматографии.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором листья стевии не были высушены.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором очистка осуществляется центрифугированием.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором очистка осуществляется фильтрацией.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором фильтрация происходит с использованием полупроницаемой мембраны.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором разделение осуществляется непрерывной хроматографией.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором разделение осуществляется градиентным элюированием этанолом и водой.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором разделение осуществляется градиентным элюированием водой в градиенте различных температур.
9. Способ по п.3, в котором разделение осуществляется посредством градиента воды при температуре от приблизительно 20°С до приблизительно 90°С.
10. Способ по п.3, в котором разделение осуществляется градиентным элюированием водой при температуре от приблизительно 30°С до приблизительно 60°С.
11. Экстракт из Stevia Rebaudiana, где указанный экстракт содержит два или несколько ребаудиозидов А, М, N, О, I или D.
12. Объединенная хроматографическая фракция из Stevia Rebaudiana, где указанная объединенная хроматографическая фракция содержит два или более ребаудиозидов А, М, N, О, I или D.
13. Способ получения пищевого продукта, включающий добавление двух или нескольких ребаудиозидов А, М, N, I, О или D.
14. Способ по п.6, в котором используется фрактальный дизайн.
15. Способ по п.6, в котором используется многоходовой выходной клапан в сборе.
16. Способ оптимизации выбора селекционного посадочного материала растений стевии, включающий идентификацию селекционного посадочного материала, который обеспечивает требуемые концентрации комбинации двух или более стевиолгликозидов.
17. Способ по п.16, в котором комбинация двух или нескольких стевиолгликозидов включает стевиолгликозиды, выбранные из группы, состоящей из стевиолгликозидов, имеющих молекулярный вес, равный или больше, чем у ребаудиозида А.
18. Способ по п.17, в котором комбинация двух или нескольких стевиолгликозидов включает стевиолгликозиды, выбранные из группы, состоящей из ребаудиозидов D, I, O, M и N.
