Claims (9)
1. Способ получения композиций стевиолового гликозида, включающий стадии:
a) предоставления листьев Stevia rebaudiana, причем листья Stevia rebaudiana содержат RebM в количестве, превышающем обычную относительную концентрацию RebM;
b) предоставления растворителя, содержащего воду;
c) приведения в контакт листьев Stevia rebaudiana с растворителем для экстракции стевиоловых гликозидов из листьев; и
d) отделения листьев Stevia rebaudiana для получения раствора экстракта стевии, содержащего RebM, причем RebM присутствует в растворе выше его обычной относительной концентрации;
и при этом для RebM обычная относительная концентрация составляет 1,4%.
2. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий очистку раствора экстракта стевии и сушку с получением экстракта стевии с общим содержанием стевиолового гликозида по меньшей мере 6,9% (мас./мас. в пересчете на сухую массу).
3. Необработанный водный экстракт стевии, полученный способом по п. 1, причем RebM присутствуют в экстракте в его обычной относительной концентрации или выше ее.
4. Пищевой продукт, напиток или другой потребляемый продукт, содержащий экстракт стевии по п. 3.
