Claims (7)
1. Биоразлагаемая микросфера для обеспечения гемостаза и адгезии тромбоцитов с диаметром, составляющим 10-2000 мкм, содержащая поперечно сшитый гидролизованный крахмал, с которым посредством сложноэфирной связи, образованной карбоксильной группой лиганда и гидроксильной группой глюкозного фрагмента в поперечно сшитом крахмале, связан по меньшей мере один тип лиганда, где указанный лиганд является эндогенной положительно заряженной молекулой с молекулярной массой менее 1000 Да, содержащей по меньшей мере одну функциональную аминогруппу, и где указанный лиганд выбран из группы, состоящей из аминокислот и азотсодержащих органических кислот, и где в гидролизованном крахмале в среднем 0,05-1,5 лиганда связано с каждым глюкозным фрагментом.
2. Микросфера по п. 1, где лиганд представляет собой аминокислоту, выбранную из группы, состоящей из аргинина, гистидина, лизина, глицина, пролина, аланина, изолейцина, лейцина, фенилаланина, триптофана, тирозина, валина, серина, аспарагина, глутамина, треонина; или азотсодержащей органической кислоты, выбранной из группы, состоящей из бетаина, карнитина, креатина, метилглицина и диметилглицина.
3. Микросфера по п. 1, где лиганд имеет физиологически активный противоион.
4. Микросфера по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что противоион представляет собой эллаговую кислоту.
5. Применение микросферы по любому из пп. 1-4 в гемостазе, где микросфера имеет средний диаметр 10-200 мкм.
6. Применение по п. 5, отличающееся тем, что противоион представляет собой эллаговую кислоту.
7. Способ осуществления гемостаза путем введения эффективного количества микросфер по любому из пп. 1-4 млекопитающему, имеющему кровоточащую рану.
