Claims (32)

1. Материал покрытия, содержащий богатые Cr области, имеющие содержание Cr>95 мас.%, которые образуют Cr-содержащие частицы, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере часть Cr-содержащих частиц присутствует в форме агрегатов или агломератов.
2. Материал покрытия, содержащий богатые Cr области, имеющие содержание Cr>95 мас.%, которые образуют Cr-содержащие частицы, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере часть Cr-содержащих частиц имеет поры.
3. Материал покрытия, содержащий богатые Cr области, имеющие содержание Cr>95 мас.%, которые образуют Cr-содержащие частицы, отличающийся тем, что богатые Cr области имеют среднюю нанотвердость HIT 0,005/5/1/5 ≤ 4 ГПа.
4. Материал покрытия, содержащий богатые Cr области, имеющие содержание Cr>95 мас.%, которые образуют Cr-содержащие частицы, отличающийся тем, что Cr-содержащие частицы имеют среднюю площадь поверхности, измеренную по методу БЭТ, >0,05 м2/г.
5. Материал покрытия по пп. 1 и 2 или 4, отличающийся тем, что богатые Cr области имеют среднюю нанотвердость HIT 0,005/5/1/5 ≤ 4 ГПа.
6. Материал покрытия по пп. 1 и 3 или 4, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере часть Cr-содержащих частиц имеет поры.
7. Материал покрытия по пп. 2 и 3 или 4, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере часть Cr-содержащих частиц присутствует в форме агрегатов или агломератов.
8. Материал покрытия по пп. 1 и 2 или 3, отличающийся тем, что Cr-содержащие частицы имеют среднюю площадь поверхности, измеренную по методу БЭТ, >0,05 м2/г.
9. Материал покрытия по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что он присутствует в порошковой или гранулированной форме.
10. Материал покрытия по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере часть Cr-содержащих частиц имеет среднюю пористость, определенную посредством количественного анализа изображений, составляющую >10 об. %.
11. Материал покрытия по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что на поверхность Cr-содержащих частиц, по меньшей мере в областях, нанесен материал, который имеет более низкий предел текучести, чем Cr.
12. Материал покрытия по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что Cr-содержащие частицы имеют средний размер частиц/размер гранул d50, измеренный посредством лазерной дифрактометрии, составляющий 5 мкм < d50 < 150 мкм.
13. Материал покрытия по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что материал покрытия содержит по меньшей мере один компонент из группы, состоящей из твердого материала и смазочного материала.
14. Материал покрытия по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что материал покрытия содержит по меньшей мере один дополнительный металл или является составляющим компонентом смеси порошков.
15. Материал покрытия по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что смесь порошков имеет состав сплава MCrAlY.
16. Материал покрытия по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что содержание Cr составляет >50 мас.%.
17. Способ получения покрытия с использованием материала покрытия по любому из пп. 1-16.
18. Способ по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что получение материала покрытия включает восстановление по меньшей мере одного соединения из группы, состоящей из оксида Cr и гидроксида Cr, возможно с добавленным источником твердого углерода, при по меньшей мере временном воздействии водорода и углеводорода.
19. Способ по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что покрытие получают путем способа термического напыления.
20. Способ по любому из пп. 17-19, отличающийся тем, что покрытие получают путем холодного газодинамического напыления.
21. Способ по п. 20, отличающийся тем, что он включает по меньшей мере следующие стадии:
- поставка технологического газа, имеющего давление от 1 до 10 МПа (от 10 до 100 бар) и температуру от комнатной температуры до 1400°C,
- ускорение технологического газа в сужающемся - расширяющемся сопле,
- введение материала покрытия в технологический газ выше по потоку или ниже по потоку от сужающегося - расширяющегося сопла,
- образование плотно присоединенного покрытия после соударения материала покрытия с подложкой.
22. Способ по п. 21, отличающийся тем, что технологический газ является азотом или богатым азотом газом.
23. Способ по любому из пп. 17-19, отличающийся тем, что покрытие получают путем высокоскоростного газопламенного напыления.
24. Покрытие, имеющее содержание Cr>50 мас.%, среднюю толщину >20 мкм и микроструктуру, которая содержит по меньшей мере частично деформированные Cr-содержащие зерна.
25. Покрытие по п. 24, отличающееся тем, что деформированные Cr-содержащие зерна являются холоднодеформированными.
26. Покрытие по п. 24, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере часть зерен вытянута в направлении, параллельном поверхности слоя.
27. Покрытие по п. 26, отличающееся тем, что зерна имеют среднее аспектное отношение >1,3.
28. Покрытие по любому из пп. 24-27, отличающееся тем, что деформированные Cr-содержащие зерна имеют среднюю нанотвердость HIT 0,005/5/1/5 > 4 ГПа.
