Claims (25)
1. Медицинское устройство для модификации ушка левого предсердия сердца, содержащее
участок анкера, включающий в себя сегменты каркаса анкера, причем каждый сегмент каркаса анкера проходит между первым концом и вторым концом, и второй конец каждого сегмента каркаса анкера связан со втулкой анкера; и
участок окклюдера, включающий в себя втулку, образующую ось, причем участок окклюдера включает в себя множество сегментов каркаса окклюдера, проходящих между проксимальным концом и дистальным концом, при этом проксимальный конец сегментов каркаса окклюдера связан с возможностью поворота со втулкой, а дистальный конец сегментов каркаса окклюдера связан с возможностью поворота с первым концом сегментов каркаса анкера.
2. Медицинское устройство по п. 1, в котором втулка анкера выполнена с возможностью перемещения вдоль оси для перемещения участка анкера между втянутым положением и раскрытым положением.
3. Медицинское устройство по п. 1, в котором втулка анкера выполнена с возможностью перемещения вдоль оси для перемещения, по меньшей мере, части участка анкера через втулку.
4. Медицинское устройство по п. 1, в котором участок окклюдера содержит элемент для прорастания ткани.
5. Медицинское устройство по п. 1, в котором участок окклюдера содержит, по меньшей мере, один из пеноматериала и вспененного политетрафторэтилена (ePTFE).
6. Медицинское устройство по п. 1, в котором сегменты каркаса окклюдера и сегменты каркаса анкера содержат суперэластичный материал.
7. Медицинское устройство по п. 6, в котором суперэластичный материал представляет собой материал нитинол.
8. Медицинское устройство для модификации ушка левого предсердия сердца, содержащее
участок окклюдера, включающий в себя втулку, образующую ось, причем участок окклюдера включает в себя каркас, проходящий между проксимальным концом и дистальным концом, при этом проксимальный конец каркаса связан со втулкой;
участок анкера, проходящий между первым концом и вторым концом, причем первый конец связан с возможностью поворота с дистальным концом каркаса, а второй конец связан со втулкой анкера, при этом втулка анкера выполнена с возможностью перемещения вдоль оси проксимально для перемещения участка анкера во втянутое положение анкера, при этом часть участка анкера выполнена с возможностью перемещения через втулку, а втулка анкера выполнена с возможностью перемещения вдоль оси дистально для перемещения участка анкера в раскрытое положение анкера.
9. Медицинское устройство по п. 8, в котором после перемещения участка анкера во втянутое положение анкера участок окклюдера сохраняет раскрытое положение.
10. Медицинское устройство по п. 8, в котором участок анкера содержит удлинения, проходящие дистально смежно с зубцами участка анкера и непрерывно проходящие вовнутрь, а затем проходящие проксимально ко втулке анкера.
11. Медицинское устройство по п. 8, в котором участок окклюдера содержит элемент для прорастания ткани.
12. Медицинское устройство по п. 8, в котором участок окклюдера содержит, по меньшей мере, один из пеноматериала и вспененного политетрафторэтилена (ePTFE).
13. Медицинское устройство по п. 8, в котором каркас содержит суперэластичный материал.
14. Медицинское устройство по п. 13, в котором суперэластичный материал представляет собой материал нитинол.
15. Медицинское устройство для модификации ушка левого предсердия сердца, содержащее
каркас, включающий в себя втулку, образующую ось, причем каркас включает в себя элемент для прорастания ткани, проходящий по проксимальной стороне каркаса, при этом каркас включает в себя участок анкера, проходящий дистально от элемента для прорастания ткани, при этом участок анкера включает в себя зубцы, выполненные с возможностью прикрепления к ушку левого предсердия, причем каркас включает в себя удлинения, проходящие дистально смежно от зубцов, при этом удлинения непрерывно проходят дистально и вовнутрь, а затем проходят проксимально ко вторичной втулке.
16. Медицинское устройство по п. 15, в котором вторичная втулка перемещается вдоль оси, причем при перемещении вторичной втулки вдоль оси каркас перемещается между нераскрытым положением и раскрытым положением.
17. Медицинское устройство по п. 15, в котором вторичная втулка перемещается проксимально и дистально вдоль оси, причем при перемещении вторичной втулки проксимально каркас перемещается в нераскрытое положение, и при перемещении вторичной втулки дистально каркас перемещается в раскрытое положение.
18. Медицинское устройство по п. 15, в котором вторичная втулка выполнена с возможностью перемещения вдоль оси относительно втулки.
19. Медицинское устройство по п. 15, в котором элемент для прорастания ткани содержит, по меньшей мере, один из пеноматериала и ePTFE.
20. Медицинское устройство по п. 15, в котором каркас содержит суперэластичный материал.
