Соединительная деталь (1) для внешнего конца многослойного трубопровода (28), содержащая соединительную трубу (2), на внешней стороне которой выполнена радиально вертикальная стенка (4), причем стенка (4) расширена в осевом направлении на радиальном расстоянии от внешней стороны соединительной трубы, причем внешняя сторона соединительной трубы (2), вертикальная стенка и расширенный участок ограничивают кольцевое установочное пространство (22), в которое может быть непосредственно вставлен внешний конец трубопровода (28) посредством скольжения трубопровода по соединительной трубе (2), и причем радиальное расстояние (d1) между расширенным участком (6) стенки (4) и внешней стороной соединительной трубы (2) в положении входа трубопровода (28) в установочное пространство (22) равно или больше толщины (d2) стенки трубопровода (28), причем расширенный участок (6) в осевом направлении (l2) меньше, чем осевая длина (l1) соединительной трубы, измеренная от вертикальной стенки (4) до внешнего конца соединительной трубы (2), отличающаяся тем, что
внутренний диаметр соединительной трубы (2) увеличивается в наружном направлении у выхода (25) .
2. Деталь по п.1, в которой расширенный участок (6) меньше в 4 раза и более.
3. Деталь по п.1 или 2, в которой наружный диаметр соединительной детали (2) по существу постоянный (О3) в наружном направлении у выхода (25) или уменьшается у выхода (25).
4. Деталь по п.3, в которой наружный диаметр (О3) соединительной детали является по существу постоянным от кольцевого установочного пространства (22) до выхода (25).
5. Деталь по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой внутренняя стенка соединительной трубы (2) усилена прилегающим армирующим слоем (50) из армированного пластика или металла, который имеет большую прочность, чем материал соединительной трубы (2).
6. Деталь по п.5, в которой армирующий слой (50) снабжен зацепляющими элементами (52), а внутренняя стенка снабжена соединительными элементами, которые соответствуют и соединены с зацепляющими элементами (52).
7. Деталь по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой
кольцевое пространство (22) сужается в направлении стенки (4) так, что радиальное расстояние между расширенным участком (6) стенки и внешней стороной соединительной трубы (2) уменьшается до величины, меньшей чем толщина стенки трубопровода (28).
8. Деталь по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой вертикальная стенка (4) и расширенный участок (6) имеют Т-образное сечение.
9. Деталь по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой деталь изготовлена по существу как единое целое.
10. Деталь по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой соединительная деталь сформирована по существу из материала, содержащего полиэтилен, армированный полиэтилен или полиэтилен повышенной термостойкости.
11. Способ соединения внешнего конца многослойного трубопровода с соединительной деталью по любому из предшествующих пунктов путем полифузионной сварки, содержащий этапы, на которых:
нагревают контактные поверхности соединительной детали и внешнего конца трубопровода, соединяют контактные поверхности и, после сплавления, дают полученному сплавленному соединению остыть, причем между трубопроводом и соединительной деталью получают соединительное сварное ребро, которое выступает из кольцевого пространства.
12. Узел из многослойного трубопровода (28) и соединительной детали (1), полученный способом по п. 11, причем между трубопроводом (28) и соединительной деталью (1) соединительное сварное ребро (40) выступает из кольцевого пространства (22).
