Claims (9)
1. Способ изготовления снабженного резиновой втулкой стабилизирующего стержня путем приклеивания резиновой втулки трубчатой формы, имеющей вулканизированную центральную часть, к участку склеивания стабилизирующего стержня, данный способ содержит:
этап покрытия, на котором наносят покрытие вулканизирующего клея на поверхность центральной части резиновой втулки;
этап нагревания, на котором нагревают участок склеивания стабилизирующего стержня;
этап сборки, на котором надевают центральную часть резиновой втулки с нанесенным на ней вулканизирующим покрытием на нагретый участок склеивания стабилизирующего стержня; и
этап склеивания, на котором зажимают резиновую втулку в радиальном направлении посредством зажимного устройства, чтобы приклеить резиновую втулки к участку склеивания стабилизирующего стержня.

3. Способ изготовления снабженного резиновой втулкой стабилизирующего стержня по п. 1, в котором на этапе нагревания участок склеивания стабилизирующего стержня нагревают в температурном диапазоне от минимальной температуры, при которой происходит реакция вулканизации, до температуры, при которой не будет поврежден участок склеивания стабилизирующего стержня, а также при которой резиновая втулка будет иметь адгезивные свойства.
4. Способ изготовления снабженного резиновой втулкой стабилизирующего стержня по п. 1, в котором на этапе нагревания участок склеивания стабилизирующего стержня нагревают до его центральной части.
5. Снабженный резиновой втулкой стабилизирующий стержень, изготовленный способом изготовления снабженного резиновой втулкой стабилизирующего стержня по п. 1.
