Abstract

PURPOSE: To efficiently manufacture vibration-proof gum products with strong adhesiveness and besides with no gum deterioration by a method wherein metal fittings are heated up above the adjesives reaction temperature, between the metal fittings the vulcanized gum applied with adhesives is held for further being pressed.
CONSTITUTION: First the metal fittings 2 (2A, 2B) are heated up above the adhesives reaction temperature (for example above about 250°C) by an electric heater 6 (heating process 5). On the other hand the vulcanized gum 3 is applied with adhesives 8, 8 (adhesives application process), then next both thereof are held by said heated metal fittings 2A, 2A and further from both sides thereof it is pressed with the female mold 10 and male mold 11 to make the adhesives to react and to connect the metallic mold and the vulcanized gum (adhesives reaction process 9).
