Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the uniform bonding strength at the bonded portion of a rotor by heating the bonding part of the rotor at high temperature while pressing the bonding part to thereby make close contact with the bonding part.
CONSTITUTION: Since there are required the bonding strength of the bonding portion of a composite rotor formed by two-layer pipes 1, 2 such as a damper or the like for a superconductive generator and the dimensional accuracy of the bonding part to the rotor when forming the composite rotor with the pipes 1, 2, the pipes 1, 2 are heated at high temperature, and made close contact with the bonding portion while radially pressing the bonding portion. Then, relative parts at the contacting surfaces are so approached to an interval as to operate an inter-atom gravity force therebetween and also to occur a thermal diffusion therebetween.
