Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform rapid sintering without necessitating preliminary sintering and manufacture a sintered product with good productivity, by heating a powder molded object to a specific temperature by a flame, then immediately induction-heating it to a sintering temperature. CONSTITUTION:A powder molded object 2 is set inside of a heating burner 1 and an induction-heating coil 2 and dewaxing is done by heating the powder molded object 3 at 400-800 deg.C with the burner 1. Then, it is immediately sent downward and sintering is done by heating it to a predetermined sintering temperature with the induction-heating coil 2.
