Claims (26)
1. Электрофизиологический катетер, имеющий, по меньшей мере, первый элемент, управляемый пользователем, причем катетер содержит:
удлиненное тело катетера, причем первый элемент размещен дистально относительно тела катетера;
рукоятку управления, образующую продольную ось; и
множество проволок натяжения, проходящих от рукоятки управления через, по меньшей мере, удлиненное тело катетера,
при этом рукоятка управления содержит:
корпус,
узел отклонения, содержащий
привод отклонения, выполненный с возможностью вращения пользователем,
роликовый рычаг, выполненный с возможностью вращения вокруг первой оси вращения в ответ на вращение привода отклонения, причем, по меньшей мере, первая из проволок натяжения присоединена к роликовому рычагу, и вращение роликового рычага приводит в действие, по меньшей мере, первую проволоку натяжения, и
приводной рычаг, выполненный с возможностью вращения пользователем вокруг второй оси вращения, причем вторая ось вращения проходит по существу параллельно продольной оси рукоятки управления, а вторая из проволок натяжения присоединена к приводному рычагу, и поворот приводного рычага приводит в действие вторую проволоку натяжения для управления первым элементом,
при этом приводной рычаг и роликовый рычаг выполнены с возможностью независимого друг от друга вращения.
2. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 1, в котором корпус имеет отверстие, и приводной рычаг имеет конец, проходящий через отверстие наружу корпуса.
3. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 1, в котором приводной рычаг имеет накладку, выполненную с возможностью покрытия отверстия.
4. Электрофизиологический катетер, имеющий, по меньшей мере, первый элемент, управляемый пользователем, причем катетер содержит:
удлиненное тело катетера, причем первый элемент размещен дистально относительно тела катетера;
рукоятку управления, образующую продольную ось; и
множество проволок натяжения, проходящих от рукоятки управления и через, по меньшей мере, удлиненное тело катетера,
при этом рукоятка управления содержит:
корпус,
узел отклонения, содержащий
привод отклонения, выполненный с возможностью вращения пользователем,
роликовый рычаг, выполненный с возможностью вращения вокруг первой оси вращения в ответ на вращение привода отклонения, причем, по меньшей мере, первая из проволок натяжения присоединена к роликовому рычагу, и вращение роликового рычага приводит в действие, по меньшей мере, первую проволоку натяжения, и
приводное кольцо, установленное на рукоятке управления и выполненное с возможностью вращения вокруг продольной оси рукоятки управления, при этом вторая из проволок натяжения присоединена к приводному кольцу, и поворот приводного кольца приводит в действие вторую проволоку натяжения для управления первым элементом,
при этом приводное кольцо и роликовый рычаг выполнены с возможностью независимого друг от друга вращения.
5. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 4, в котором при вращении приводного кольца вторая проволока натяжения наматывается вокруг рукоятки управления.
6. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 4, в котором корпус имеет отверстие, и проксимальная часть второй проволоки натяжения проходит через отверстие и закреплена на приводном кольце.
