Abstract
1. Катетер, содержащий:удлиненный трубчатый корпус катетера по меньшей мере c одним просветом, проходящим через него;отклоняемый промежуточный участок, имеющий проксимальный и дистальный концы и по меньшей мере два внеосевых просвета, проходящих через него, причем проксимальный конец прикреплен к дистальному концу корпуса катетера; идистальный узел, расположенный дистально от отклоняемого промежуточного участка; причем дистальный узел содержит:трубчатую структуру, имеющую, в общем, прямую проксимальную зону, прикрепленную к промежуточному участку, и, в общем, круговую основную зону, в общем расположенную поперечно и дистально по отношению к проксимальной зоне;удлиненный опорный элемент, проходящий через дистальный узел, причем удлиненный опорный элемент обладает свойством памяти формы;непроводящее покрытие по меньшей мере над основной зоной дистального узла; ипо меньшей мере один электрод, расположенный, на, в общем, круговой основной зоне дистального узла;по меньшей мере одну шайбу, расположенную на дистальном конце отклоняемого промежуточного участка; причем шайба имеет по меньшей мере два внеосевых просвета, каждый из которых выровнен по оси с соответствующим в неосевым просветом отклоняемого промежуточного участка;вытяжную проволоку, имеющую два проксимальных участка, и средний участок, поперечный к двум проксимальным участкам, причем каждый дистальный участок проходит через соответствующий внеосевой просвет отклоняемого промежуточного участка и соответствующий внеосевой просвет шайбы, причем средний участок расположен дистально шайбе и продолжается между двумя внеосевыми просветами шай�
Claims (19)
1. Катетер, содержащий:
удлиненный трубчатый корпус катетера по меньшей мере c одним просветом, проходящим через него;
отклоняемый промежуточный участок, имеющий проксимальный и дистальный концы и по меньшей мере два внеосевых просвета, проходящих через него, причем проксимальный конец прикреплен к дистальному концу корпуса катетера; и
дистальный узел, расположенный дистально от отклоняемого промежуточного участка; причем дистальный узел содержит:
трубчатую структуру, имеющую, в общем, прямую проксимальную зону, прикрепленную к промежуточному участку, и, в общем, круговую основную зону, в общем расположенную поперечно и дистально по отношению к проксимальной зоне;
удлиненный опорный элемент, проходящий через дистальный узел, причем удлиненный опорный элемент обладает свойством памяти формы;
непроводящее покрытие по меньшей мере над основной зоной дистального узла; и
по меньшей мере один электрод, расположенный, на, в общем, круговой основной зоне дистального узла;
по меньшей мере одну шайбу, расположенную на дистальном конце отклоняемого промежуточного участка; причем шайба имеет по меньшей мере два внеосевых просвета, каждый из которых выровнен по оси с соответствующим в неосевым просветом отклоняемого промежуточного участка;
вытяжную проволоку, имеющую два проксимальных участка, и средний участок, поперечный к двум проксимальным участкам, причем каждый дистальный участок проходит через соответствующий внеосевой просвет отклоняемого промежуточного участка и соответствующий внеосевой просвет шайбы, причем средний участок расположен дистально шайбе и продолжается между двумя внеосевыми просветами шайбы; и
рычаг управления, содержащий механизм отклонения, приспособленный действовать на, по меньшей мере одном проксимальном участке вытяжной проволоки, закрепленной в рычаге управления для отклонения отклоняемого промежуточного участка.
2. Катетер по п.1, дополнительно содержащий соединительный участок между дистальным узлом и отклоняемым промежуточным участком.
3. Катетер по п.2, в котором проксимальный конец опорного элемента принимается в соединительный участок.
4. Катетер по п.1, в котором проксимальный конец опорного элемента уплощен.
5. Катетер по п.1, в котором проксимальный конец опорного элемента имеет неровную поверхность.
6. Катетер по п.1, дополнительно содержащий первую компрессионную катушку, окружающую один из двух проксимальных участков вытяжной проволоки, и вторую компрессионную катушку, окружающую другой из двух проксимальных участков вытяжной проволоки.
7. Катетер по п.6, в котором первая компрессионная катушка имеет первый дистальный конец, а вторая компрессионная катушка имеет второй дистальный конец, при этом первый дистальный конец расположен дистально от второго дистального конца.
8. Катетер по п.2, в котором внутреннее пространство соединительного участка заполнено соединительным материалом.
9. Катетер по п.8, в котором проксимальный конец опорного элемента помещен в соединительный материал.
10. Катетер по п.8, дополнительно содержащий датчик положения, помещенный в соединительный материал.
11. Катетер по п.10, в котором датчик положения окружен термоусадочной трубкой.
12. Катетер по п.1, в котором опорный элемент и непроводящее покрытие, покрывающее опорный элемент, имеют фрикционную посадку.
13. Катетер по п.1, в котором непроводящее покрытие имеет по меньшей мере два просвета, причем опорный элемент продолжается через один из двух просветов.
14. Катетер по п.1, в котором каждый из двух внеосевых просветов шайб выровнен по оси с центром соответствующего внеосевого просвета отклоняемого участка.
15. Катетер по п.1, в котором круговая основная зона имеет по меньшей мере две петли.
16. Катетер по п.1, в котором количество электродов варьирует от около 2 до 24.
17. Катетер по п.1, в котором количество электродов составляет около 20.
18. Катетер по п.1, дополнительно содержащий по меньшей мере один электрод, расположенный на отклоняемом участке.
19. Катетер по п.1, дополнительно содержащий по меньшей мере один электрод, расположенный проксимально от дистального узла.
