Claims (34)
1. Система обработки испаряющегося газа (BOG) для судна, которая обрабатывает BOG, выходящий из резервуара для хранения сжиженного газа, включающая в себя:
компрессор, выполненный с возможностью сжатия BOG, выходящего из резервуара для хранения;
газовый двигатель среднего давления, выполненный с возможностью получения по меньшей мере части BOG, который сжимается компрессором, в качестве топлива;
теплообменник, выполненный с возможностью обмена теплом между другим BOG, который не подается к газовому двигателю среднего давления в качестве топлива, и BOG, который выпускается из резервуара для хранения и не сжимается; и
расширитель, выполненный с возможностью декомпрессирования другого BOG, подвергшегося теплообмену в теплообменнике.
2. Система обработки BOG по п. 1, в которой компрессор включает в себя:
компрессор, выполненный с возможностью сжатия BOG, выходящего из резервуара для хранения, до давления, необходимого для газового двигателя среднего давления; и
дожимной компрессор, выполненный с возможностью дополнительного сжатия другого BOG, который не подается к газовому двигателю среднего давления.
3. Система обработки BOG по п. 2, в которой компрессор является многоступенчатым компрессором центробежного типа.
4. Система обработки BOG по п. 2, в которой компрессор сжимает BOG до давления от 5 до 20 бар.
5. Система обработки BOG по п. 2, в которой дожимной компрессор является многоступенчатым компрессором возвратно-поступательного типа.
6. Система обработки BOG по п. 2, в которой дожимной компрессор сжимает BOG до давления от 80 до 250 бар.
7. Система обработки BOG по п. 1, в которой количество BOG, подаваемого к газовому двигателю среднего давления, определяется в диапазоне от 30 до 70% от BOG, выходящего из резервуара для хранения, в соответствии с нагрузкой на газовый двигатель среднего давления.
8. Система обработки BOG по п. 1, в которой газовый компонент другого BOG, который декомпрессируется при прохождении через расширитель и переходит в смешанное газо-жидкостное состояние, выгружается от резервуара для хранения и объединяется с BOG, подаваемым к теплообменнику.
9. Система обработки BOG по п. 1, в которой газовый компонент другого BOG, который декомпрессируется при прохождении через расширитель и переходит в смешанное газо-жидкостное состояние, дополнительно декомпрессируется при прохождении через другой расширитель и объединяется с BOG, подаваемым к теплообменнику.
10. Система обработки BOG по п. 1, в которой жидкий компонент другого BOG, который декомпрессируется при прохождении через расширитель и переходит в смешанное газо-жидкостное состояние, возвращается в резервуар для хранения.
11. Система обработки BOG по п. 1, дополнительно включающая в себя принудительный испаритель, выполненный с возможностью принудительного испарения сжиженного газа, хранящегося в резервуаре для хранения, и подачи принудительно испаренного сжиженного газа к компрессору.
12. Система обработки BOG по п. 1, дополнительно включающая в себя потребитель BOG, выполненный с возможностью получения и использования BOG, сжатого компрессором.
13. Система обработки BOG по п. 12, в которой потребитель BOG представляет собой одно или более из интегрированного генератора инертного газа (IGG)/системы блока сжигания газа (GCU), GCU и газовой турбины.
14. Способ обработки испаряющегося газа (BOG) для судна, в котором осуществляется обработка BOG, выходящего из резервуара для хранения сжиженного газа, включающий:
сжатие BOG, выходящего из резервуара для хранения;
питание газового двигателя среднего давления в качестве топлива по меньшей мере частью BOG, который сжимается на стадии сжатия;
теплообмен между другим BOG, который не подается к газовому двигателю среднего давления в качестве топлива, и BOG, который выпускается из резервуара для хранения и не сжимается; и
декомпрессирование другого BOG, который подвергся теплообмену на стадии теплообмена.
15. Способ обработки BOG по п. 14, в котором газовый компонент другого BOG, который декомпрессируется и переходит в смешанное газо-жидкостное состояние, объединяется с BOG, выходящим из резервуара для хранения.
16. Способ обработки BOG по п. 14, в котором жидкий компонент другого BOG, который декомпрессируется и переходит в смешанное газо-жидкостное состояние, возвращается в резервуар для хранения.
17. Способ обработки BOG по п. 14, в котором стадия теплообмена дополнительно включает в себя дополнительное сжатие BOG, сжатого на стадии сжатия перед теплообменом.
18. Способ обработки BOG по п. 14, дополнительно включающий в себя:
принудительное испарение сжиженного газа, хранящегося в резервуаре для хранения, в соответствии с количеством топлива, необходимым для газового двигателя среднего давления в состоянии балласта, в котором количество образующегося BOG является относительно небольшим; и
подачу принудительно испаренного сжиженного газа на стадию сжатия.
19. Способ обработки BOG по п. 14, дополнительно включающий в себя в загруженном состоянии, в котором количество образующегося BOG является относительно большим, подачу части BOG, сжатого на стадии сжатия, в газовый двигатель среднего давления, и дополнительное сжатие другого BOG, который не подается к газовому двигателю среднего давления, а также подачу дополнительно сжатого BOG к стадии теплообмена.
20. Судно, которое включает в себя резервуар для хранения сжиженного газа и газовый двигатель среднего давления, использующий в качестве топлива сжиженный газ, хранящийся в резервуаре для хранения, включающее в себя:
систему обработки BOG по п. 1,
причем судно производит электричество с помощью газового двигателя среднего давления, который включен в систему обработки BOG и получает в качестве топлива BOG, выходящий из резервуара для хранения, и движется с использованием двигателя.
