Description
まず、本発明の実施形態1に係るボイルオフガス回収システム1について、図1~図3を参照して説明する。図1は、実施形態1に係るボイルオフガス回収システム1を示す概略構成図である。図2は、実施形態1に係るボイルオフガス回収システム1における再液化システム9を示す概略構成図である。図3は、実施形態1に係るボイルオフガス回収システム1における再利用システム50を示す概略構成図である。
ボイルオフガス回収システム1は、液化天然ガスなどの液化ガスを運搬する船舶に設置されるものである。図1に示すように、ボイルオフガス回収システム1は、タンク2と、圧縮機群3と、クーラー51と、セパレータ14(油分離器)と、再液化システム9と、再利用システム50と、これらの構成要素を互いに接続する配管と、各配管に設けられた各種コントロール弁と、を主に備えている。
次に、上記ボイルオフガス回収システム1に設けられた再液化システム9について、図1及び図2を主に参照して説明する。再液化システム9は、圧縮機3a,3bにより昇圧されたボイルオフガスを冷却及び膨張させて再液化するものである。再液化システム9は、第3配管10と、熱交換器16と、第4配管17と、膨張弁18と、気液分離器19と、第5配管21と、第6配管20と、を主に有している。
次に、上記ボイルオフガス回収システム1に設けられた再利用システム50について、図1及び図3を主に参照して説明する。再利用システム50は、セパレータ14によりボイルオフガスから分離された液状の潤滑油(ポリ-α-オレフィン系潤滑油)を、給油式の圧縮機3bに戻すものである。図3に示すように、再利用システム50は、第1オイル管52と、第4コントロール弁52Aと、ストレーナ53と、オイルタンク54と、オイル補給源55と、第2オイル管57と、オイルポンプ56と、注油器55と、複数本(本実施形態では3本)の第3オイル管55A,55B,55Cと、を主に有している。
次に、上記実施形態1に係るボイルオフガス回収システム1の特徴的な構成及び作用効果について説明する。
最後に、本発明のその他実施形態について説明する。

Claims (2)
- 液化ガスを貯蔵したタンクと、
炭素数が3~20個のα-オレフィンをモノマーとして重合されるポリ-α-オレフィン系潤滑油が供給されると共に、前記タンク内の前記液化ガスの一部の蒸発により発生したボイルオフガスを圧縮する往復動式の圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機から吐出された前記ボイルオフガスに含まれる前記ポリ-α-オレフィン系潤滑油を分離する油分離器と、
前記油分離器により前記ポリ-α-オレフィン系潤滑油が分離された前記ボイルオフガスを、前記タンクから前記圧縮機に供給される前記ボイルオフガスとの熱交換により冷却する熱交換器を有し、液化した前記ボイルオフガスを前記タンクに戻す再液化システムと、を備えることを特徴とする、ボイルオフガス回収システム。 - 前記油分離器により分離された前記ポリ-α-オレフィン系潤滑油を前記圧縮機に戻す再利用システムをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のボイルオフガス回収システム。
