Claims (6)
- 液化ガスおよび蒸発ガスを収容する貯蔵タンク;
前記貯蔵タンクの蒸発ガスを加圧する圧縮部を具備する蒸発ガス供給ライン;
前記圧縮部を通過して加圧された蒸発ガスを第1濃度の窒素成分を含有する第1ガスの流れと、前記第1濃度よりも低濃度である第2濃度の窒素成分を含有する第2ガスの流れとに分離する窒素分離器;
前記第1ガスの流れを第1消費手段に供給する第1燃料ガス供給ライン;
前記第2ガスの流れを供給受けて再液化させる再液化ライン;および
前記第1消費手段に供給される燃料ガスの発熱量を測定し、調節する発熱量調節部であって、前記発熱量調節部は、前記第1消費手段に供給される燃料ガスの発熱量を測定または計算する発熱量測定器と、前記圧縮部によって加圧された蒸発ガスの一部を前記第1燃料ガス供給ラインに直接供給する発熱量の上昇ラインとを含む、発熱量調節部;を含む、船舶の蒸発ガス処理装置。 - 前記窒素分離器はメンブレンフィルターを含む、請求項1に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理装置。
- 前記再液化ラインは、
前記第2ガスの流れを前記圧縮部前段の蒸発ガスと熱交換する熱交換部と、前記熱交換部を通過して熱交換された前記第2ガスの流れを減圧させる膨張バルブと、前記膨張バルブを通過して減圧された前記第2ガスの流れを気体成分と液体成分とに分離する気液分離器と、前記気液分離器で分離された第2ガスの流れの液体成分を前記貯蔵タンクに供給する液化ガス回収ラインおよび前記気液分離器で分離された第2ガスの流れの気体成分を前記貯蔵タンクまたは前記蒸発ガス供給ライン上の前記圧縮部前段に供給する蒸発ガス循環ラインを含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理装置。 - 前記圧縮部の中段部から分岐されて前記圧縮部によって加圧された蒸発ガスを第2消費手段またはGCU(Gas Combustion Unit)に供給する第2燃料ガス供給ラインをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理装置。
- 前記発熱量調節部は、
前記第1燃料ガス供給ラインに沿って供給される前記第1ガスの流れの一部を再液化ラインに循環させる発熱量調節ラインを含むことができる、請求項1に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理装置。 - 前記発熱量の上昇ライン及び前記発熱量調節ラインは、
前記発熱量の上昇ライン及び前記発熱量調節ラインをそれぞれ流れる前記加圧された蒸発ガスと前記第1ガスの流れの供給量を調節する流量調節バルブがそれぞれ設けられ、
それぞれの前記流量調節バルブは、前記発熱量測定器によって測定された燃料ガスの発熱量の情報に基づいて制御される、請求項5に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理装置。
