Claims (13)
- 저장탱크 내 증발가스를 증발가스 소비수단으로 제공하는 증발가스 공급라인;
상기 증발가스 공급라인에 구비되고 상기 증발가스를 가압하는 압축부;
상기 증발가스 공급라인으로부터 분기되고 분기되어 흐르는 증발가스를 재액화하는 재액화라인;
상기 재액화라인과 상기 증발가스 공급라인을 열교환시키는 열교환부; 및
상기 재액화라인에 구비되고 상기 열교환부로 진입하기 전의 증발가스를 팽창시키는 재액화 팽창부;를 포함하고,
상기 재액화 팽창부는 상기 저장탱크 내 증발가스의 N2 성분함량에 따라 상기 증발가스 공급라인으로부터 분기되어 흐르는 증발가스의 감압정도를 달리하도록 마련되는 증발가스 처리장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열교환부를 통과한 증발가스를 감압시키는 팽창밸브와, 상기 팽창밸브를 통과하여 재액화된 증발가스를 기체성분과 액체성분으로 분리하는 기액분리기를 더 포함하는 증발가스 처리장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 재액화라인은 상기 기액분리기에서 분리된 액체성분의 증발가스를 상기 저장탱크로 공급하는 회수라인 및 상기 기액분리기에서 분리된 기체성분의 증발가스를 상기 저장탱크 또는 상기 압축부 전단의 상기 증발가스 공급라인으로 공급하는 재순환라인을 더 포함하는 증발가스 처리장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 재액화 팽창부는 상기 증발가스 공급라인으로부터 분기되어 흐르는 증발가스를 50 bar 내지 160 bar로 감압하도록 마련되는 증발가스 처리장치. - 삭제
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 재액화 팽창부는 상기 저장탱크 내 증발가스의 N2 성분함량이 10 mole% 인 경우에 상기 증발가스 공급라인으로부터 분기되어 흐르는 증발가스를 140 bar 내지 160 bar로 감압하고, 상기 저장탱크 내 증발가스의 N2 성분함량이 0 mole% 인 경우에 상기 증발가스 공급라인으로부터 분기되어 흐르는 증발가스를 50 bar 내지 70 bar로 감압하도록 마련되는 증발가스 처리장치. - 삭제
- 저장탱크 내 증발가스를 증발가스 소비수단으로 제공하는 증발가스 공급라인과, 상기 증발가스 공급라인에 구비되고 상기 증발가스를 가압하는 압축부와, 상기 증발가스 공급라인으로부터 분기되고 분기되어 흐르는 증발가스를 재액화하는 재액화라인과, 상기 재액화라인과 상기 증발가스 공급라인을 열교환시키는 열교환부 및 상기 재액화라인에 구비되고 상기 열교환부로 진입하기 전의 증발가스를 팽창시키는 재액화 팽창부를 포함하는 증발가스 처리장치를 이용하여 증발가스를 처리하는 증발가스 처리방법에 있어서,
상기 증발가스 공급라인의 유량을 측정하고,
상기 재액화 팽창부의 감압 정도를 어느 한 방향(증가시키는 방향 또는 감소시키는 방향)으로 조절하였을 때 상기 증발가스 공급라인에서 측정된 유량이 커진다면 상기 재액화 팽창부의 감압 정도를 다른 방향으로 조절하고,
상기 재액화 팽창부의 감압 정도를 어느 한 방향(증가시키는 방향 또는 감소시키는 방향)으로 조절하였을 때, 상기 증발가스 공급라인에서 측정된 유량이 작아진다면 상기 재액화 팽창부의 감압 정도를 상기 한 방향으로 계속하여 조절하는 증발가스 처리방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 재액화 팽창부를 통해 감압된 증발가스의 압력이 상기 증발가스 공급라인에서 측정되는 유량을 최소로 하는 목표 압력으로 될 때까지 조절하는 증발가스 처리방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 저장탱크에 저장된 액화가스의 저장량이 변함에 따라 상기 재액화 팽창부의 통해 감압된 증발가스의 상기 목표 압력이 달라지고,
상기 달라진 목표 압력으로 상기 재액화 팽창부의 감압 정도를 조절하는 증발가스 처리방법. - 저장탱크 내 증발가스를 증발가스 소비수단으로 제공하는 증발가스 공급라인과, 상기 증발가스 공급라인에 구비되고 상기 증발가스를 가압하는 압축부와, 상기 증발가스 공급라인으로부터 분기되고 분기되어 흐르는 증발가스를 재액화하는 재액화라인과, 상기 재액화라인과 상기 증발가스 공급라인을 열교환시키는 열교환부와, 상기 재액화라인에 구비되고 상기 열교환부로 진입하기 전의 증발가스를 팽창시키는 재액화 팽창부와, 상기 열교환부를 통과한 증발가스를 감압시키는 팽창밸브 및 상기 팽창밸브를 통과하여 재액화된 증발가스를 기체성분과 액체성분으로 분리하는 기액분리기를 포함하되, 상기 재액화라인은 상기 기액분리기에서 분리된 액체성분의 증발가스를 상기 저장탱크로 공급하는 회수라인 및 상기 기액분리기에서 분리된 기체성분의 증발가스를 상기 저장탱크 또는 상기 압축부 전단의 상기 증발가스 공급라인으로 공급하는 재순환라인을 더 포함하는 증발가스 처리장치를 이용하여 증발가스를 처리하는 증발가스 처리방법에 있어서,
상기 재순환라인의 유량을 측정하고,
상기 재액화 팽창부의 감압 정도를 어느 한 방향(증가시키는 방향 또는 감소시키는 방향)으로 조절하였을 때, 상기 재순환라인에서 측정된 유량이 커진다면 상기 재액화 팽창부의 감압 정도를 다른 방향으로 조절하고,
상기 재액화 팽창부의 감압 정도를 어느 한 방향(증가시키는 방향 또는 감소시키는 방향)으로 조절하였을 때, 상기 재순환라인에서 측정된 유량이 작아진다면 상기 재액화 팽창부의 감압 정도를 상기 한 방향으로 계속하여 조절하는 증발가스 처리방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 재액화 팽창부를 통해 감압된 증발가스의 압력이 상기 재순환라인에서 측정되는 유량을 최소로 하는 목표 압력으로 될 때까지 조절하는 증발가스 처리방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 저장탱크에 저장된 액화가스의 저장량이 변함에 따라 상기 재액화 팽창부의 통해 감압된 증발가스의 상기 목표 압력이 달라지고,
상기 달라진 목표 압력으로 상기 재액화 팽창부의 감압 정도를 조절하는 증발가스 처리방법.
