Claims (10)
- 貯蔵タンクに収容された蒸発ガスを蒸発ガス消費手段に提供する蒸発ガス供給ライン;
前記蒸発ガス供給ラインに具備されて前記蒸発ガスを加圧する圧縮部;
前記蒸発ガス供給ラインから分岐され、分岐されて流れる蒸発ガスを再液化する再液化ライン;
前記再液化ラインと前記蒸発ガス供給ラインを熱交換させる熱交換部;および
前記再液化ラインに具備されて前記熱交換部に進入する前の蒸発ガスを膨張させる再液化膨張部;を含む,船舶の蒸発ガス処理装置。 - 前記熱交換部を通過した蒸発ガスを減圧させる膨張バルブと、前記膨張バルブを通過して再液化された蒸発ガスを気体成分と液体成分とに分離する気液分離器をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理装置。
- 前記再液化ラインは前記気液分離器で分離された液体成分を前記貯蔵タンクに供給する液化ガス回収ラインおよび前記気液分離器で分離された気体成分を前記貯蔵タンクまたは前記蒸発ガス供給ライン上の前記圧縮部前段に供給する蒸発ガス循環ラインをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理装置。
- 前記再液化膨張部は、前記蒸発ガス供給ラインから分岐されて流れる蒸発ガスを50bar〜160barに減圧するように設けられる、請求項1に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理装置。
- 前記再液化膨張部は、前記貯蔵タンク内の蒸発ガスの窒素成分の含量に応じて前記蒸発ガス供給ラインから分岐されて流れる蒸発ガスの減圧程度が異なるように設けられる、請求項4に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理装置。
- 前記再液化膨張部は、前記貯蔵タンク内の蒸発ガスの窒素成分の含量が10mole%である場合に前記蒸発ガス供給ラインから分岐されて流れる蒸発ガスを140bar〜160barに減圧し、前記貯蔵タンク内の蒸発ガスの窒素成分の含量が0mole%である場合に前記蒸発ガス供給ラインから分岐されて流れる蒸発ガスを50bar〜70barに減圧するように設けられる、請求項5に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理装置。
- 前記再液化膨張部は、前記蒸発ガス供給ラインから分岐されて流れる蒸発ガスの膨張程度を異ならせ得るように設けられ、前記熱交換部に進入する蒸発ガスの圧力を調節できる、請求項1に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理装置。
- 請求項1に記載された船舶の蒸発ガス処理装置を利用して蒸発ガスを処理する船舶の蒸発ガス処理方法において、
前記蒸発ガス供給ラインの流量を測定し、
前記再液化膨張部の減圧程度をいずれか一方向(増加させる方向または減少させる方向)に調節した時、前記蒸発ガス供給ラインで測定された流量が大きくなるのであれば前記再液化膨張部の減圧程度を他の方向に調節し、
前記再液化膨張部の減圧程度をいずれか一方向(増加させる方向または減少させる方向)に調節した時、前記蒸発ガス供給ラインで測定された流量が小さくなるのであれば前記再液化膨張部の減圧程度を前記一方向に継続して調節する,船舶の蒸発ガス処理方法。 - 前記再液化膨張部を通じて減圧された蒸発ガスの圧力が前記蒸発ガス供給ラインで測定される流量を最小にする目標圧力となるまで調節する、請求項8に記載の船舶の蒸発ガス処理方法。
- 前記貯蔵タンクに貯蔵された液化ガスの貯蔵量が変わるにつれて、前記再液化膨張部を通じて減圧された蒸発ガスの前記目標圧力が変わり、
