Claims (12)
- LNG貨物艙(liquefied natural gas cargo tank)で生成された自然蒸発ガス(Natural Boil-Off Gas:N−BOG)の供給を受けて冷媒と熱交換して冷却する蒸発ガス冷却機10と、
該蒸発ガス冷却機10で冷却した自然蒸発ガスの供給を受けてDFDE(二重燃料ディーゼル−電気:Dual Fuel Diesel Electric)推進方式エンジン3に使用可能なガス圧力で圧縮するガス圧縮機20と、
該ガス圧縮機20を通過して昇温された自然蒸発ガスを前記DFDE推進方式エンジン3に使用可能な温度に冷却して前記DFDE推進方式エンジン3側に供給するエンジン供給ガス冷却機30と、
前記DFDE推進方式エンジン3に使用されない余分の自然蒸発ガスを前記エンジン供給ガス冷却機30下流で供給を受けて冷媒と熱交換して冷却、再液化して前記LNG貨物艙側に供給する再液化熱交換器50と、
気体状の冷媒を多段で圧縮するように設置される複数の冷媒圧縮機61a、及び、該冷媒圧縮機61aを通過して圧縮、昇温された冷媒を膨張させてLNGの冷却点より低い温度で冷却する冷媒膨張機61bが具備される冷媒コンパンダー61と、
前記冷媒圧縮機61aに流入乃至流出される冷媒を冷却して、前記冷媒圧縮機61aの圧縮効率を高める冷媒冷却機62と、
冷媒供給装置に連結されて、選択的に冷媒の供給を受けて、内部に気体状の冷媒を多量収容可能な貯蔵空間と気体排出口を具備して、流動及び熱交換中に損失された冷媒を補うか、または冷媒供給導管の圧力、流量変動などによる衝撃を緩衝して過負荷の圧力を緩和させる冷媒バッファータンク63と、
前記冷媒コンパンダー61を通過した冷媒を前記再液化熱交換器50に供給して、前記再液化熱交換器50を通過して昇温された冷媒を前記冷媒バッファータンク63に供給する第1冷媒供給導管64aと、
前記冷媒コンパンダー61を通過した冷媒を前記蒸発ガス冷却機10に供給して、前記蒸発ガス冷却機10を通過して昇温された冷媒を前記冷媒バッファータンク63に供給する第2冷媒供給導管64bと、を含んで構成されることを特徴とする再液化機能を有する電気推進LNG運搬船の蒸発ガス処理装置。 - 前記蒸発ガス冷却機10を通過する自然蒸発ガスの温度、流量に比例して前記第2冷媒供給導管64bを通過する冷媒の流量を調節する温度制御用バルブ65、をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再液化機能を有する電気推進LNG運搬船の蒸発ガス処理装置。
- 前記複数の冷媒圧縮機61aを通過した冷媒を前記再液化熱交換器50に供給して、前記再液化熱交換器50を通過しながら前記第1冷媒供給導管64aを通過する冷媒との熱交換によって冷却された冷媒を前記冷媒膨張機61bに供給する第3冷媒供給導管64c、をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再液化機能を有する電気推進LNG運搬船の蒸発ガス処理装置。
- 前記エンジン供給ガス冷却機30は、淡水を冷媒にして熱交換する淡水冷却機で構成され、前記冷媒冷却機62は、海水を冷媒にして熱交換する海水冷却機で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再液化機能を有する電気推進LNG運搬船の蒸発ガス処理装置。
- 前記冷媒は、LNGより冷却点が低く、爆発性がないN2であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再液化機能を有する電気推進LNG運搬船の蒸発ガス処理装置。
- 前記蒸発ガス冷却機10は、冷媒との熱交換によって一部液化されたLNGを重力によって前記LNG貨物艙側に分離供給するように下部にLNG流出路が開放形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再液化機能を有する電気推進LNG運搬船の蒸発ガス処理装置。
- 前記DFDE推進方式エンジン3に流入される自然蒸発ガスの供給量を計測するガス流量計41と、
船舶運航による負荷変動に合わせて前記DFDE推進方式エンジン3で要求されるガス量と、前記ガス流量計41で計測されたガス量によって、前記再液化熱交換器50に流入される自然蒸発ガスの流量を調節する負荷分配用バルブ42と、をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再液化機能を有する電気推進LNG運搬船の蒸発ガス処理装置。 - 前記冷媒コンパンダー61は、前記負荷分配用バルブ42を通過する流量に比例して、冷媒の流量乃至流速を増減調整することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の再液化機能を有する電気推進LNG運搬船の蒸発ガス処理装置。
- 前記再液化熱交換器50で再液化されて前記LNG貨物艙側に供給される液状のLNGと、再液化されたLNGで分離生成された気体乃至N2を共に収容可能な貯蔵空間と、
内部の気体を外部に排出する気体排出口を具備して、気体乃至N2を分離させた状態の再液化LNGのみを前記LNG貨物艙側に供給するLNG蒸発ガス分離器70と、をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再液化機能を有する電気推進LNG運搬船の蒸発ガス処理装置。 - 前記再液化熱交換器50で再液化されたLNGが重力、配管内の圧力損失によって前記LNG貨物艙側に自然的に供給されない場合、再液化されたLNGを前記LNG貨物艙側に強制供給するようにLNG供給導管上に設置されるLNG供給ポンプ80、をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の再液化機能を有する電気推進LNG運搬船の蒸発ガス処理装置。
- 前記再液化熱交換器50が故障、損傷、誤作動によって非正常的に作動する場合、または作動が止められる場合、前記DFDE推進方式のエンジン3で要求されるガス量を超過する程度に自然蒸発ガスの供給を受けて焼却、除去させるガス焼却機90、をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再液化機能を有する電気推進LNG運搬船の蒸発ガス処理装置。
- 既設定された経済運航速度で船舶が運航される場合、経済運航中である状態を船舶の操舵室で肉眼乃至聴覚で認知可能にさせる信号を発生させる運航状態表示装置、をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再液化機能を有する電気推進LNG運搬船の蒸発ガス処理装置。
