Claims (10)
- 액화가스 및 상기 액화가스의 증발가스를 수용하는 저장탱크;
상기 저장탱크로부터 액화가스를 공급받아 수용하는 버퍼탱크;
상기 버퍼탱크의 내부압력을 상승 또는 유지시키는 압력생성장치;
상기 압력생성장치에 의해 송출된 액화가스를 가압하는 가압펌프 및 상기 가압펌프에 의해 가압된 액화가스를 기화시키는 기화기를 구비하고, 상기 버퍼탱크 내 액화가스를 송출, 가압 및 기화하여 제1엔진으로 공급하는 액화가스 연료공급라인;
상기 액화가스 연료공급라인의 상기 가압펌프 전단에서 분기되어, 상기 송출된 액화가스의 일부를 상기 저장탱크의 내부로 분사하는 예냉라인;
상기 저장탱크의 증발가스를 가압하는 압축부를 구비하고 상기 압축부에 의해 가압된 증발가스를 제1엔진으로 공급하는 제1연료공급라인; 및
상기 가압된 증발가스의 일부를 공급받아 재액화시키도록 마련되는 재액화라인;을 포함하고,
상기 재액화라인은
상기 가압된 증발가스의 일부를 1차적으로 감압시키되 증발가스의 가압 정도에 따라 감압 정도를 달리할 수 있는 제1팽창밸브와, 상기 제1팽창밸브를 통과한 증발가스를 냉각시키는 냉각부와, 상기 냉각부를 통과한 증발가스를 2차적으로 감압시키는 제2팽창밸브 및 상기 제2팽창밸브를 통과하여 기액 혼합상태의 증발가스를 기체 성분 및 액체 성분으로 분리하는 기액분리기를 포함하는 연료가스 공급시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 압축부의 중단부로부터 분기되어 상기 압축부에 의해 일부 가압된 증발가스를 제2엔진으로 공급하는 제2연료공급라인;을 더 포함하고,
상기 압력생성장치는
상기 버퍼탱크의 액화가스를 공급받아 기화시키는 가열기를 구비하고 상기 가열기에 의해 가열된 액화가스를 상기 버퍼탱크로 재공급하여 상기 버퍼탱크의 내부압력을 상승 또는 유지시키는 압력생성라인을 포함하는 연료가스 공급시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가압 및 기화된 액화가스의 일부를 공급받아 감압시키는 감압밸브 및 상기 감압밸브를 통과하여 기액 혼합상태의 액화가스를 기체성분과 액체성분으로 분리하는 기액분리기를 구비하고 상기 기액분리기에서 분리된 기체성분을 제2엔진으로 공급하는 제3연료공급라인을 더 포함하는 연료가스 공급시스템. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 저장탱크의 액화가스를 상기 버퍼탱크로 공급하도록 송출펌프를 구비하는 액화가스 공급라인을 더 포함하는 연료가스 공급시스템. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 액화가스 공급라인의 출구 측 단부는 공급관 및 복수개의 스프레이 노즐을 구비하는 분사관으로 분기되어 마련되는 연료가스 공급시스템. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 버퍼탱크의 증발가스를 상기 제1연료공급라인 상의 상기 압축부 전단으로 공급하는 증발가스 조절라인을 더 포함하는 연료가스 공급시스템. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 버퍼탱크의 액화가스를 상기 저장탱크로 회수하는 액화가스 조절라인을 더 포함하는 연료가스 공급시스템. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 버퍼탱크의 내부압력을 측정하는 압력센서를 더 포함하고,
압력생성라인 및 상기 증발가스 조절라인에는 개폐밸브가 각각 마련되고,
각각의 상기 개폐밸브는
상기 압력센서가 측정한 상기 버퍼탱크의 내부압력 정보에 따라 작동이 제어되는 연료가스 공급시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 버퍼탱크는
선박의 갑판 상에 마련되는 연료가스 공급시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 재액화라인은
상기 기액분리기에 의해 분리된 액체 성분을 상기 저장탱크로 공급하는 액화가스 회수라인 및 상기 기액분리기에 의해 분리된 기체 성분을 상기 저장탱크 또는 상기 제1연료공급라인 측으로 재공급하는 증발가스 회수라인을 더 포함하는 연료가스 공급시스템.
