Claims (19)

1. Способ, включающий трансплантацию органа, подвергнутого воздействию экзогенных стволовых клеток.
2. Способ по п. 1, где орган подвергают воздействию стволовых клеток до трансплантации реципиенту.
3. Способ по п. 1, где орган подвергают воздействию стволовых клеток в течение трансплантации реципиенту.
4. Способ по п. 1, где орган подвергают воздействию стволовых клеток после трансплантации реципиенту.
5. Способ по п. 1, где стволовые клетки являются неэмбриональными, неполовыми клетками, экспрессирующими один или несколько из oct4, теломеразы, rex-1 или rox-1, и/или могут дифференцироваться в типы клеток по меньшей мере двух из эндодермального, эктодермального и мезодермального зародышевых листков.
6. Способ по п. 1, где стволовые клетки являются неэмбриональными, неполовыми клетками, экспрессирующими один или несколько из oct4, теломеразы, rex-1 или rox-1, и/или могут дифференцироваться в типы клеток эндодермального, эктодермального и мезодермального зародышевых листков.
7. Способ по п. 5 или 6, где стволовые клетки являются несовпадающими по HLA, аллогенными клетками.
8. Способ по п. 1, где стволовые клетки выбраны из группы, состоящей из мезенхимальных стромальных (стволовых) клеток, эмбриональных стволовых клеток, индуцированных плюрипотентных стволовых клеток, примордиальных эмбриональных половых клеток, определенных клеток-предшественников, гематопоэтических стволовых клеток, зрелых стволовых клеток жировой ткани, овальных клеток, стволовых клеток пуповинной крови, плацентарных стволовых клеток, небольших эмбрионально-подобных стволовых клеток, стволовых клеток амниотической жидкости, стволовых клеток-предшественников кожи и стволовых клеток костного мозга.
9. Способ по п. 1, где стволовые клетки подвергают по меньшей мере 10-40 делениям клеток.
10. Способ по п. 9, где стволовые клетки подвергают по меньшей мере 30-35 делениям клеток.
11. Способ по п. 1, где концентрация стволовых клеток, воздействию которых подвергают орган, составляет от приблизительно 1×106 клеток/мл до приблизительно 10×106 клеток/мл.
12. Способ по п. 1, где органа подвергают воздействию стволовых клеток в течение приблизительно 2-4 ч.
13. Способ по п. 1, где стволовые клетки содержатся в жидкости для перфузии в орган или в носителе для внутриорганного введения.
14. Способ по п. 1, где стволовые клетки содержатся в среде, в которую орган погружают до трансплантации.
15. Способ по п. 1, где орган выбран из группы, состоящей из легкого, почки, сердца, печени, поджелудочной железы, тимуса, желудочно-кишечного тракта и композитных аллотрансплантатов.
16. Способ по п. 1, где подвергание воздействию стволовых клеток снижает воспаление в органе.
17. Способ по п. 1, где подвергание воздействию стволовых клеток снижает наличие воспалительных клеток в органе.
18. Способ по п. 1, где подвергание воздействию стволовых клеток снижает воспалительные цитокины в органе.
19. Способ по п. 1, где подвергание воздействию стволовых клеток снижает повреждение при ишемии-реперфузии.
