Claims (32)
1. Способ формирования имплантируемого устройства, содержащий этапы, на которых:
a. формируют первую нить и вторую нить, причем, по меньшей мере, одна из первой нити и второй нити включает первую нерассасывающуюся элементарную нить, и, по меньшей мере, одна из первой нити и второй нити включает первую рассасывающуюся элементарную нить, причем первая рассасывающаяся элементарная нить имеет температуру плавления ниже, чем первая нерассасывающаяся элементарная нить;
b. формируют первоначальную тканую структуру, содержащую первую нить и вторую нить;
c. подвергают первоначальную тканую структуру воздействию первой термообработки при первой температуре, достаточной для обеспечения усадки первой рассасывающейся элементарной нити, таким образом, обеспечивая деформацию, по меньшей мере, второй нити и формируя первоначальную нагретую структуру;
d. нагревают первоначальную структуру до второй температуры, причем вторая температура выше чем первая температура, при этом, по меньшей мере, часть первой рассасывающейся элементарной нити является расплавленной; и
e. обеспечивают охлаждение нагретой структуры с образованием конечного имплантируемого устройства.
2. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий стадию скручивания, по меньшей мере, одной из первой рассасывающейся элементарной нити и первой нерассасывающейся элементарной нити перед формированием первой или второй нити.
3. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий стадию сжатия первоначальной тканой структуры во время стадии нагревания первоначальной нагретой структуры при второй температуре.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором первая нить содержит первую нерассасывающуюся элементарную нить и первую рассасывающуюся элементарную нить, а вторая нить содержит вторую нерассасывающуюся элементарную нить и вторую рассасывающуюся элементарную нить.
5. Способ по п. 4, в котором первая рассасывающаяся элементарная нить выполнена из полидиоксанона, а первая нерассасывающаяся элементарная нить выполнена из полипропилена.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором первая нить содержит первую нерассасывающуюся элементарную нить, первую рассасывающуюся элементарную нить и вторую рассасывающуюся элементарную нить, а вторая нить содержит вторую нерассасывающуюся элементарную нить и третью рассасывающуюся элементарную нить.
7. Способ по п. 6, в котором первая рассасывающаяся элементарная нить выполнена из полиглактина, вторая рассасывающаяся элементарная нить выполнена из полидиоксанона, а первая нерассасывающаяся элементарная нить выполнена из полипропилена.
8. Способ по п. 1, в котором полученное имплантируемое устройство имеет толщину приблизительно 0,1 - 2 мм после стадии охлаждения.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором стадия подвергания первоначальной тканой структуры воздействию первой термообработки включает размещение первоначальной тканой структуры в источнике нагрева, имеющем зазор, ширина которого, по меньшей мере, совпадает с толщиной первоначальной тканой структуры.
10. Способ по п. 1, в котором стадия подвергания первоначальной тканой структуры воздействию первой термообработки включает воздействие на первоначальную тканую структуру первой температуры, которая на от приблизительно 0,1 до приблизительно 2°C меньше температуры плавления рассасывающейся элементарной нити, имеющей самую низкую температуру плавления в первоначальной тканой структуре.
11. Способ по п. 1, в котором вторая температура представляет собой температуру, которая на от приблизительно 0,1°C до приблизительно 20°C больше температуры плавления рассасывающейся элементарной нити, имеющей самую низкую температуру плавления в первоначальной тканой структуре.
12. Имплантируемое устройство, имеющее неупорядоченную ориентацию нерассасывающейся элементарной нити, полученное по способу, содержащему стадии:
a. формирования первой нити и второй нити, причем, по меньшей мере, одна из первой нити и второй нити включает первую нерассасывающуюся элементарную нить, и, по меньшей мере, одна из первой нити и второй нити включает в себя первую рассасывающуюся элементарную нить, причем первая рассасывающаяся элементарная нить имеет температуру плавления ниже, чем первая нерассасывающаяся элементарная нить;
b. формирования первоначальной тканой структуры, содержащей первую нить и вторую нить;
c. подвергания первоначальной тканой структуры воздействию первой термообработки при первой температуре, достаточной для обеспечения усадки первой рассасывающейся элементарной нити с обеспечением, таким образом деформации, по меньшей мере, второй нити и формированием первоначальной нагретой структуры;
d. нагревания первоначальной нагретой структуры до второй температуры, причем вторая температура выше, чем первая температура, при этом, по меньшей мере, часть первой рассасывающейся элементарной нити является расплавленной; и
e. обеспечения охлаждения нагретой структуры с образованием конечного имплантируемого устройства.
13. Устройство по п. 12, дополнительно включающее стадию скручивания, по меньшей мере, одной из первой рассасывающейся элементарной нити и первой нерассасывающейся элементарной нити перед формированием первой или второй нити.
14. Устройство по п. 12, дополнительно включающее стадию сжатия первоначальной тканой структуры во время стадии нагревания первоначальной нагретой структуры при второй температуре.
15. Устройство по п. 12, в котором первая нить содержит первую нерассасывающуюся элементарную нить и первую рассасывающуюся элементарную нить, а вторая нить содержит вторую нерассасывающуюся элементарную нить и вторую рассасывающуюся элементарную нить.
16. Устройство по п. 15, в котором первая рассасывающаяся элементарная нить выполнена из полидиоксанона, а первая нерассасывающаяся элементарная нить выполнена из полипропилена.
17. Устройство по п. 12, в котором первая нить содержит первую нерассасывающуюся элементарную нить, первую рассасывающуюся элементарную нить и вторую рассасывающуюся элементарную нить, а вторая нить содержит вторую нерассасывающуюся элементарную нить и третью рассасывающуюся элементарную нить.
18. Устройство по п. 17, в котором первая рассасывающаяся элементарная нить выполнена из полиглактина, вторая рассасывающаяся элементарная нить выполнена из полидиоксанона, а первая нерассасывающаяся элементарная нить выполнена из полипропилена.
19. Устройство по п. 12, в котором полученное имплантируемое устройство имеет толщину приблизительно 0,1-2 мм после стадии охлаждения.
20. Устройство по п. 12, в котором подвергания первоначальной тканой структуры воздействию первой термообработки включает размещение первоначальной тканой структуры в источнике нагрева, имеющем зазор, ширина которого, по меньшей мере, совпадает с толщиной первоначальной тканой структуры.
21. Устройство по п. 12, в котором стадия подвергания первоначальной тканой структуры воздействию первой термообработки включает воздействие на первоначальную тканую структуру первой температуры, которая на от приблизительно 0,1 до приблизительно 2°C меньше температуры плавления рассасывающейся элементарной нити, имеющей самую низкую температуру плавления в первоначальной тканой структуре.
22. Устройство по п. 12, в котором вторая температура представляет собой температуру, которая на от приблизительно 0,1°C до приблизительно 20°C больше температуры плавления рассасывающейся элементарной нити, имеющей самую низкую температуру плавления в первоначальной тканой структуре.
