Abstract

Método para obtener un producto absorbente de colágeno modificado a partir de cuero que comprende airear unas piezas de cuero planas durante un período de tiempo de entre 15 y 45 días; recoger las piezas con un valor inicial de humedad relativa igual o inferior a un 45%; realizar una clasificación de las piezas por tamaños; obtener las piezas con una longitud final máxima de entre 0,5 y 1,5 mm.; introducir las piezas en un horno de secado; aplicar calor en el horno de secado de forma que las piezas son sometidas a una temperatura igual o inferior a 285ºC durante un período de tiempo; controlar la temperatura aplicada durante el período de tiempo de forma que en las piezas la humedad relativa se reduce a un valor final entre 0,5 y 5%; reducir la temperatura de las piezas hasta una temperatura ambiente; y disponer del producto absorbente de colágeno modificado a partir de cuero.
