Claims (30)
1. Способ образования частиц смолы, включающий:
образование каталитического соединения, содержащего гафний; смешивание каталитического соединения с активатором с образованием каталитического комплекса; и
комбинирование каталитического комплекса с носителем-диоксидом кремния с образованием катализатора полимеризации на носителе, где катализатор полимеризации на носителе имеет производительность, по меньшей мере, примерно 7000 г полимера на 1 г катализатора;
взаимодействие катализатора полимеризации на носителе с, по меньшей мере, этиленом в полимеризационном реакторе с образованием частиц смолы, где частицы смолы имеют:
средний размер частиц полимера, по меньшей мере, примерно 0,660 мм;
распределение частиц по размеру с, по меньшей мере, примерно 20% более 1 мм в диаметре; и
отношение псевдоожиженной объемной плотности к осажденной объемной плотности (ПОП/ООП), по меньшей мере, примерно 0,570.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором формование катализатора полимеризации на носителе включает:
смешивание бис(н-пропилциклопентадиенил)гафний(СН3)2 с метилалюмоксаном с образованием каталитического комплекса; и
сушку катализатора на носителе с соединением каталитического комплекса с носителем - диоксидом кремния.
3. Способ по п. 1, который включает образование частиц смолы из катализатора полимеризации на носителе в газофазном реакторе с псевдоожиженным слоем.
4. Способ по п. 1, который дополнительно включает регулирование отношения сомономера, введенного в полимеризационный реактор, к этилену в полимеризационном реакторе для регулирования, по меньшей мере, одного из распределения по составу, молекулярно-массового распределения и индекса расплава (I2) полиэтилена.
5. Способ по п. 1, который дополнительно включает
регулирование отношения водорода, введенного в полимеризационный реактор, к этилену в полимеризационном реакторе для регулирования, по меньшей мере, одного из распределения по составу, молекулярно-массового распределения и индекса расплава (I2) полиэтилена.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором носитель-диоксид кремния содержит:
множество частиц диоксида кремния; и
катализатор полимеризации на носителе содержит металлоценовый катализатор, нанесенный на множество частиц диоксида кремния; и
активатор является нанесенным на множество частиц диоксида кремния и содержит метилалюмоксан,
в котором катализатор полимеризации на носителе имеет распределение частиц по размеру, в котором примерно 10% частиц имеют размер менее примерно 17-23 мкм, примерно 50% частиц имеют размер менее примерно 40-45 мкм, и примерно 90% частиц имеют размер менее примерно 72-77 мкм,
и в котором катализатор полимеризации на носителе имеет характеристику отношения текучести расплава при температуре примерно 77ºС полимеризационного реактора примерно 26; и
катализатор полимеризации на носителе имеет характеристику отношения текучести расплава при температуре примерно 75ºС полимеризационного реактора примерно 28.
7. Способ по п. 6, в котором катализатором на носителе катализатора, является бис(н-пропилциклопентадиенил)гафний-(СН3)2, бис(н-пропилциклопентадиенил)гафний-F2, бис(н-пропил-циклопентадиенил)гафний-Cl2, или любыми их комбинациями.
8. Способ по п. 6, в котором металлоценовый катализатор на носителе, имеет формулу: СрАСрВМХn или СрА(A)СрВМХn,
где М представляет собой атом группы 4, 5 или 6, СрА и СрВ каждый соединен с М и независимо выбран из группы, состоящей из циклопентадиенил-лигандов, замещенных циклопентадиенил-лигандов, лигандов, изолобальных к циклопентадиенилу, и замещенных лигандов, изолобальных к циклопентадиенилу, (А) представляет собой двухвалентную мостиковую группу, связанную как с СрА, так и с СрВ, выбранную из группы, состоящей из двухвалентных С1-С20-гидрокарбилов и гетероатомсодержащих С1-С20-гидрокарбонилов, где гетероатомсодержащие гидрокарбонилы содержат от одного до трех гетероатомов, Х представляет собой уходящую группу, выбранную из группы, состоящей их хлоридных ионов, бромидных ионов, С1-С10-алкилов, С2-С12-алкенилов, карбоксилатов, ацетилацетонатов и алкоголятов, и n представляет собой целое число от 1 до 3.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором содержащий диоксид кремния носитель содержит множество частиц диоксида кремния,
и катализатор полимеризации на носителе содержит гафниевый катализатор, нанесенный на множество частиц диоксида кремния, и
активатор является нанесенным на множество частиц диоксида кремния,
в котором катализатор полимеризации на носителе имеет распределение частиц по размеру, в котором примерно 10% частиц имеют размер менее примерно 17-23 мкм, примерно 50% частиц имеют размер менее примерно 40-45 мкм, и примерно 90% частиц имеют размер менее примерно 72-77 мкм, и
в котором катализатор полимеризации на носителе образует полимерный слой, имеющий отношение псевдоожиженной объемной плотности к осажденной объемной плотности ((ПОП/ООП)(FBD/SBD)) более примерно 0,570.
10. Способ по п. 9, в котором катализатор полимеризации на носителе имеет характеристику текучести расплава, в котором катализатор полимеризации на носителе образует полимер в реакторе с псевдоожиженным слоем, имеющий индекс расплава ИР 0,7 дг/мин, плотность 0,912 г/см3 и отношение текучести расплава MFR 26 при температуре полимеризационного реактора, по меньшей мере, примерно 77ºС, и характеристику текучести расплава, в котором катализатор полимеризации на носителе образует полимер в реакторе с псевдоожиженным слоем, имеющий индекс расплава ИР 1 дг/мин, плотность 0,918 г/см3 и отношение текучести расплава MFR 28 при температуре, по меньшей мере, примерно 75ºС.
